The ride east from San Diego on Rte. 94 should not be missed. It is the low hills high desert- beautiful SoCal. The road runs parallel the Mexican border. The Town of Tecate Mx is right over the border,an easy cross for a taste or tour of Tecate Beer company. You pass that on ur way to Jacumba Hot Spring.... More

We stumbled across this place in person, and it was a great find. Check in was easy, and they let us look at the room before booking. It was clean and quiet, with a nice big shower, and three (!) hot spring pools to choose from. We were able to swim late at night under the stars (quietly to not... More

Had a nice overnight stay here on a Saturday night. I hadn't been here in a few years and was pleased to see many upgrades. Our room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi area has been redone and is really a huge improvement. The main mineral pool was drained for cleaning which was a big disappointment. The other... More

We were staying at the resort with a company of our friends past weekend. This was our second visit with overnight stay. The place is very clean and well maintained. Most of the staff is very polite and professional. On our first visit we were very impressed with Bloody Mary cocktail at the bar. I am taking one star away because... More

The resort itself is very nice. There are clean rooms with comfy beds and each bed has hard and soft pillows. Air conditioners work well which is very important as the place is hot. There are also mini refrigerators in each room. Pools with mineral water are clean and warm, so we spend the majority of our time in the... More

Following a west coast road trip we stayed at Jacumba hot springs for 4 days. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The pools are fed from a hot spa and maintain a lovely warmth. The whole atmosphere is peaceful & restful. The staff are great too, especially Shannon, Sarah & the wonderfully polite Ralph. The food in the restaurant... More

Lotsa fog at the coast. Haven't seen the sun in almost a week. Not wanting to drive the 2.5+ hours to the Coachella Valley, I went back to Jacumba Hot Springs for a quick overnight retreat. They have upgraded a lot since my last visit over ten years ago. It is a quick 90 minute drive from San Diego out... More

This recently renovated Spa -- Resort is a GEM hidden in an area that is rich in history. The rooms are very comfortable....wooden floors.....clean facilities and an ambience of charm that goes with the surrounding terrain. The pools are chlorine free.....mineral springs water....and fluctuate with the temperature of what ever time of year your there. So.............in Nov. Brrrr. June..GREAT. Staff... More

By a fluke we ended up in Jacumba and needed a place to stay. The exterior doesn't sell the place, since all the rooms ring the swimming pool, and once we walked in we were sold. We have stayed in two different rooms and both were quite comfortable. What would I change? More tables and chairs outside each room. Upgrade... More
