I sent the decorations and champagne to her at the hotel and the morning of our stay Eliza set up all the decorations before we arrived... Eliza did such a good job setting up the decorations it brought tears to my husband's eyes...

I was thanked for my Hilton Life Diamond status and quickly assigned to my reserved two queen bed room... Caroline provided me the details of room services for our stay, breakfast schedule and other hotel amenities... We our room and the hotel lived up to the excellent ratings that it has receive...

...Caroline did an amazing job arranging our rooms to be connected for the entire stay, which was very important to us (Thanks Caroline for everything :) )... Lucina, who was the housekeeper for our suites the entire stay was amazing & did a great job every time she cleaned the rooms...

...The rooms really were clean, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the room had a full kitchen which was a great addition... Oh, and we were on the third floor and we could not hear the airplanes fly over while we were in our room...

I want to give Yaz at the front desk at the Homewood Suites Irvine the highest compliment possible! She was a huge help with a very difficult situation... As a result of her excellent customer service we are rebooking this hotel for our return trip to the area in February...

...We came in on a 6am flight and just wanted to drop off our luggage before we did anything else. The front desk lady was so amazing... She let us check in early when we arrived around 9:30... The front desk also gave my husband a list of food places... Anything we needed we got… Free breakfast was awesome... Veronica and Jessie took amazing care of us... They kept the food coming as it ran out... I wanted hot chocolate but there wasn’t any displayed so they went to the back to grab me a few... I wish I could give the staff here 100 stars...

My stay at this hotel exceeded what I expected. From start to finish, the service was extraordinary... From the moment I walked up to the front desk, Brian welcomed me with a smile... I told him I was checking in for my Dads 90th birthday celebration with my family... During my stay, Caroline, the front office manager, made sure that I had everything my family and I needed... Also, during the free breakfast the next morning, Kaysee, was outstanding with making sure everything was warm and there was plenty of breakfast items to choose from... Isaac, Brian, and Camilla work tirelessly, are always happy to see me and greet me by name, they go out of their way to be helpful...

Hayley the Sales Manager spent 45 minutes helping find a solution when I needed to work (on zoom) from the hotel. Great lighting and a good connection are important if you want your call to go well, she went above and beyond, snagging an extra lamp form the business center, calling Hilton's help Line and staying with the situation until it was resolved... Highly commend her happy to help - and keep looking for solutions attitude...

Very nice ang cozy place... Units are very clean with comfortable kitchens wit dishwashers, fridges and cooking place... Guests can use fitness, bbq and swimming pool free of charge... Laundry is available for extra pay... Lovely place, I absolutely recommend it...
