We actually stayed here previously and will not stay again despite the reasonable price. Cottages are not well sound insulated from others. Noises in other units kept us awake and prevented a peaceful evening or morning. Location is ok...no views and roadway nearby.....kitchens are not conducive to meals only snacks and quick cook.

Convenient location for hikes in Point Reyes/Tomales. Our "Seagull" cottage was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable. Kitchenette with microwave oven, electric ring, and toaster had everything needed to warm up our dinner, so we could avoid having to go out again after hiking and wait at a restaurant, and also make our breakfast next day for an early(ish) start. I liked...

My husband & myself stayed here on a wet weekend in early March, 2016. The accomodation was clean and cosy as the thermostat (controlled by the guests), determines when the gas fire ignites so you can keep the temperature warm even when it's pouring rain outside. The surrounding grounds, with some lovely redwood trees and lots of birds, were tidy...

We spent a couple of nights on a family getaway in lovely Point Reyes. The Cottages set up nicely for our family. Each couple had their own cottage (two rooms with a shared wall - is that considered a cottage?), with kids bouncing among the three rooms, and each room felt very private. Our fireplace was very cozy, especially because...

Great location to explore the area. Loved having the kitchenette, had everything we need. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. The setting was quiet with a large green lawn area next to a creek. We had a nice patio with table. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value.

I was a little hesitant booking this because there were not many pictures on Trip Advisor and the rooms on the website look dated, however upon arrival it was much nicer than I expected. We booked the cheapest room (Room #1) last minute and it was good. We also brought the dog with us as this is one of the...

There were so many great things about this trip that it is hard to only pick out a few. The owner met us at the check in and was very friendly and gracious. The room was exactly as pictured; clean, cozy and comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for heating up some water for morning drinks. What we appreciated the most was...

This was a very nice place to stay. The room had a vaulted ceiling, a kitchenette, and an additional bed (single size) for my daughter. I loved that there was a porch with chairs and greenery everywhere. The room was nicely decorated and the gas stove was great to sit around on a rainy night. The owner was really helpful...

Thank you for your kind review. We are sorry for any confusion about what you were charged, but the reservation was made on-line, and you indicated three adults. You were charged a mid week rate, but you were charged an extra $20.00 for the third adult as indicated on the web site. Again, thank you for staying with us.

We had a beautiful little cottage with a super nice of view of redwoods outside our sliding glass door with floor to (high) ceiling windows. There is a little kitchenette area with just enough room and supplies to make everything you need. This is the land of fresh baked and grown goods, so you can find lots of nice things...

My cottage was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The fireplace was perfect on a winter evening. Location is excellent...only a few minutes to stores and restaurants in Inverness and Point Reyes Station, and also close to the National Seashore. Nice patio too!
