What a dreamy getaway! Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the forested ridge in these fully outfitted and impeccably clean cabins. Kitchenette and bathroom in the back so the huge bedroom with vaulted ceiling gets the view. Lovely nature-themed decor and linens, free-standing gas stove heater, private patio and table out front, burbling brook nearby, and a view of an osprey's nest, with... More

This is a great location for a Point Reyes vacation, close to beaches and hiking (among other things). We appreciated the dog-friendly rooms, the pleasant grounds, the "nature walk" out back, the view of the trees outside our window, the deck for our cottage, the kitchenette, and the quiet and relaxing feel. Extra thanks for the free upgrade you gave... More

One of our best vacations ever -- 5 days here. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and check their dates. It's 2016 now, and the new owners have re-surfaced the swimming pool and hot tub. They're immaculate. The grounds are beautiful with blooming roses and lavendar. Even when it was run-down, we liked it. It's walking distance... More

Not easy to get to, but well worth the drive from any direction. It's best to bring what you need so you can hunker down and enjoy the surroundings. Note that there is no oven, only a microwave. We appreciated the quiet hours and location away from the pool since we don't have young children

quaint cottage with all the necessities you need, comfortable stay, quiet but not too much for smaller kids. Most people that were there were couples and were looking for solidarity and quiet time. No pool then. But really loved the style and comfort it gave for me and my husband for our anniversary.

My husband and I spent two nights at the Cottages for our anniversary. We had a king bed and kitchenette -- a lovely little cottage just the right size for two. A couch, a small table for two, a patio all to ourselves. The environment was peaceful and beautiful -- lush grass, tall trees, lots of shade, greenery and flowers.... More

We drove over from Oakland Airport with no major traffic issues and you could feel the tension leaving the closer we got to the Cottages. We called ahead as we were going to arrive late and we're able to go straight to our cabin. This area is loaded with things to see, things to do and quaint little shops/towns. Our... More

My husband and I were visiting the Bay Area for business but wanted to get away from the city for a few days. We enjoyed our stay here. The proxicimety is close to local beaches and restaurants. The accommodations were comfortable with a kitchenette and extra bed if you needed it. These are duplexes but our neighbor was quiet and... More

Pool was cold but clean with towels provided and the kids loved it. The Wifi didn't work for any of us, but the owners were very friendly and it's a charming, comfortable place to stay for a trip to Inverness. Lots of birds and picnic tables on the grounds. We appreciated the kitchenette and Weber grills available to guests. Beds... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We only wish that you had brought your wifi problem to us. We have two guest networks designed to cover different areas, and we can nearly always resolve the problem. More

Location is beautiful some minor upgrades needed to the bathroom other than that it's very nice to be there. I would love to come back again as the place is away from city, excellent location, no network.
