My husband and I had an amazing time at this B&B. The B&B was incredibly welcoming, peaceful, and relaxing. It was like no other place we'd ever been. The innkeepers took great care of us -- providing an incredible breakfast each morning and in the evenings they were gracious

osprey peak is a jewel...simply and polished and immaculate. the breakfasts are beyond inspired...and you eat with a view of hummingbirds from a big glass window. nancy and david are the perfect hosts, it’s a delight to stay here and even more special to return again and again.

This was our 2nd stay at Osprey. I can't think of a better place to stay in Inverness or around Point Reyes. Good restaurants near by. The atmosphere is serene and the decor is done in very good taste.

How far is it to the bay, and is it walkable, especially for those with bad knees?
We are located four-tenths of mile from Chicken Ranch Beach on Tomales Bay. So technically we are walkable, but if you have bad knees, I wouldn't suggest it. We are located off the main road and up a fairly steep road and driveway.
