Wanting to stay here in a few weeks but disappointed I can't email them beforehand to confirm any airport shuttle transfers. Have seen past reviews that these are offered but can't organise or confirm with no point of contact from overseas. Might have to book elsewhere.

This isn't a review of the hotel as we never stayed . However it is a shout out to the very kind Larry on check in , who helped us when we were lost and called in for directions . Much needed help when straight off a fligth from the UK and tired . Cheers Larry .

The room was not clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. The whole facility is rundown. We were told a shuttle was on the way and after 40 minutes when we called back it hadn't left yet. We took a taxi and they did pay for it. The night staff were helpful but not much they could
