We purchased a Groupon for a two night stay at this hotel. My stay at Indian wells resort has been awful. We have been here two nights and have had to kill four live cockroaches in our room. I went down to management to complain...More
Good value for this city, and worth the extra $25 for southern mountain and golf course views. Small and no fancy amenities, so don't expect much... carpets are a little tired, furnishings are dated. I get the suite on the 2nd floor for the price...More
Yes, this hotel is out-dated; after all it was built by/for Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz so it's got some history. The room was very clean and well-maintained during our stay. The bathroom had been completely remodeled and was lovely - just could have used...More
The hotel is pretty run down. From the carpet in the hallways to the carpets in the rooms. The pool was smaller than I thought and was quite dingy everyday (I stayed 3 nights).
The hotel has definitely seen better days, but then again you...More
I expected way better based on the amount we paid and this place having "Resort," in it's name.
The room is basic, nothing real special about it. No welcoming feeling at all. It was however decently clean.

We have stayed here twice. The pool isn't awful at all. But, during the hot summer months, the water temperature can get a bit warm. The rooms do come with mini refrigerators. Just remember to plug the fridge in when you arrive. This is a nice hotel, with clean, updated rooms. We have no reservations about recommending this hotel.

Not really. But Palm Springs is only about a 15 minute drive. If they would like a spa day I would definitely suggest the spa at the Miramonte Indian Wells Resort and Spa. It has mineral pool, and waterfall seating area in secluded spot, balcony to sit and read out of sun, can order food, can use hot tub and pools of the hotel as well. A day pass is $30 or all is included with a treatment.
