This is really a beautiful resort. The abundant flowers and many citrus trees- the lemons were softball sized- were gorgeous. Our room (luxury queen) had a fantastic terrace which is so nice to have a way to let in fresh air. I have two favorite things about this resort: 1) how easy it is to park and easily get to the room. No long closed in corridors and packed with other guests in an elevator and 2) How refreshing to find a hotel where employees are respectful of others during COVId. They actually wear masks here - from the front desk to the doorman. Thank you for a stress- free very relaxing stay at a beautiful resort!

Nice Pools and Jacuzzi. Good poolside drinks. Plenty of towels available. Property is immaculate with little areas to sit and relax. Beautiful landscaping, so nice to see flowers and flowering trees in the middle of summer.

I booked this resort as it was one of the preferred venues for the USAPA National Championships. Pictures looked so good on line. I checked in about 7 pm and the thermostat was 65. It was 40 outside. I boosted it to 75, no difference . Them I booster it to 85, no difference. I went to bed with my pjs and light down jacket. I woke a 5 am, very cold and called the front desk. Security brought me a heater and told me engineering would be in at 6 am to check out the problem. The security person told me I was in a renovated room and they had been having trouble as the heat was no connected to certain room. I went to the front desk at 7 am and told them I was still waiting for engineering. I went to breakfast and then found my room was still freezing so I went back to the front desk. I was told engineering was there but they had to reach out to a contractor. At 1:30 pm my room is still freezing so I went back to the front desk. Now they offer me a discount on the room for 2 nights, but I was staying 3. They also offer me a new room, but it has to be cleaned. I said I would take a new room, but had to move by 4:30 pm as I was going to meet friends and would not be back until at least 8 pm. Needless to say I went back to the front desk at 4:30 pm and asked why they hadn’t called. They told me the room would be ready soon, but I reminded them I would be leaving momentarily. I did not get a new room and again slept in my coat. The heater could not be user all night as the plug got hot and the heat spread up the cord. I was too afraid to leave it plugged in. No one really went out of their way to look me in the eye and apologize. Everyone at the front desk needs to take a customer service course. The last night the people in the next room were partying so I called the front desk. They told me they would call the room. I never heard them call the room but the partying continued until 3 am.

RCI website said there was no fridge, so I brought my desktop fridge only to be surprised to find one in the room!! Need to update that on the site for other guests who may not book because of no fridge. Due to COVID, there was to be no housekeeping, which freaked me out when I came back to the room to find my bed made up nicely, fresh towels and cleaned up the room to the point of throwing out my Tervis coffee cup that I was using as a water glass at my bedside due to no drinking glasses supplied in the room. I mentioned it at check out, but the woman had no authority to reimburse me for my cup that I lost because I left it out not thinking that I would be getting Housekeeping Services during my stay!? If you do not use the Resort Amenities, the Resort Fee may be too costly for your stay.

We checked in this past weekend as we were in the bridal party for a wedding at the property. We were a bit skeptical because we heard about the construction that was going on, but from the moment we checked in, we were so well looked after, the construction wasn't even a problem. The staff at the Miramonte absolutely made the trip, they were all SO AMAZING! The pool was so nice and fun thanks to the bartenders. We were always brought ice cold water within seconds of arriving at the pool, and the drinks were delicious! Everyone at the pool took great care of us. The front desk staff were SO personable and helpful, we loved them! I don't think they've ever had to issue more room cards than they did to our group because we kept locking ourselves out of our rooms by accident, but they were SO understanding and had a good laugh with us about it. The restaurant/lounge staff were also so great and incredibly accommodating. I really couldn't say enough amazing things about all the staff! The grounds were beautiful and very well kept, even amid all the construction, and the wedding was absolutely gorgeous! We had the best time ever! (Thanks for letting the wedding party jump in the pool at the end of the night). The only down side was how pricy the food/drinks were. Especially with the room price, it was a bit tough having to spend ~$20 on one drink. Overall, it was a great time, and we hope to be back one day!
