My stay at the Hyatt was quite good. Staff were helpful, food was good (a bit pricey but expected). I did not take advantage of the pool but was told it was good. However, the lazy river was not functional which was a disappointment.

I was impressed by the training of the staff. It seemed like they anticipated my needs and would appear and attend to me whenever needed. The venue is beautiful! The staff were one of the best I have ever encountered in hotels.

Visited Hyatt Indian wells in September 2022. Overall it was wonderful experience. The staff was very kind. Two that stood out were Tina and Kira at the pool areas. Tina brought our dog water since it was hot out and checked in to make sure he didn’t run out. Later we discovered she too is an animal lover and shared some great stories. Kira, was extremely friendly and easy going. She checked in frequently to ensure our drinks were filled and tummies were full. The room and resort experience: I’ll agree with another review, the rooms don’t necessarily scream luxury one bit. The rooms are dated and are very basic. Aside from aesthetics, I did not like that the rooms do not come with a microwave. For being a resort this should be included. They are available upon request at $20 per day as an add-on fee. Food: Agave was okay, I can’t say we were impressed by a particular plate. Lantana breakfast buffet is $27 per person and was okay as well. For dinner we left since we weren’t interested in the Agave restaurant food again. We will definitely return. Our one year old really enjoyed the kiddie pools and splash pad. Hopefully next time the lazy pools are open.

Room Tip: I saw people with coolers (drinks). Perhaps bring one since drinks add up poolside.

Some of the staff was rude unless you gave a huge tip. The bathroom did not work properly, the lazy river was down and the food is dry and bland. The housekeeping lady was the only nice person before even giving a tip. Valet is rude as well as front desk.

Wish the water slides and lazy river were open. We stayed at the resort for that reason. Other than that it was a great experience. Gym was nice and clean. We liked how there was 5 pools to choose from.

At the resort right now. Pools are too cold. Its 100 degrees outside and the water is too cold. The whole “scan” the code for hotel information is kind of pointless since there is nothing updated or pertinent for each day. It’s just generic information. It is difficult to find the real details for the resort. Would rather have a notebook in the room with restaurant hours and menus. Wasting our time. Even the room telephone doesn’t have a front desk button. You have to talk to the robot first and then two others just to get to the front desk. Waste of guest time.

Had a great stay here! I did not like the $200.00 incidentals hold. Usually it's $100.00. There was not much of a food selection too. But other then that, it was a great stay!! We were there for a conference, but will return to relax in the future.

I've stayed at this property about 5-6 times. It's a really gorgeous property with a great pool area. Food options are good and overall, the service levels are quite good. I've had issues with some front desk people, but nothing too serious. I've sent them comments and they've always been receptive and I can see improvement after visiting again. If I ever go to the Palm Springs area, this is my go to place. Very relaxing, but it does get crowded. Parking isn't far, but the distance is exacerbated by the extreme heat. They have tennis courts and they've even upgraded me to a villa in the past. The villas are truly on a different level. They're private residences in the back of the property behind the spa building and next to the golf course. They had a Regency room where Hyatt members could get free refreshments and snacks, but I believe they did away with it during pandemic.

I wouldn't give 5 stars. The bathroom wasn't clean, when I first used the bathroom looked like poop stains on toliet. Stains on floor, smoke smell when we first got into the room. Massage was rushed. K
