It appeared that I was just hastily assigned a room in order to get me in by the 4P check-in time, which was just over... I believe the pool front room is susceptible to mold mildew as guests are coming straight from the pool, still wet, and walking onto the carpet in the room... Bottom line is the caret need to go and room needs to be cleaned thoroughly!...

We love coming back to the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells for our desert getaways! We had the opportunity to stay in the one bedroom villa with hot tub and it was so perfect for our family!... Nigi made sure to recognize my husband’s accomplishment and our celebration at the resort with our family... We are always treated so well by Nigi and staff and recognized as World of Hyatt members... The pools were heated and the kids had a blast in the lazy river... It wasn’t very warm at times but instead we enjoyed our hot tub in the backyard of the villa... Only thing that could’ve made our stay even better if the children’s slide was open... Another plus side to going to a water park in the middle of winter was there weren’t hoards of people hogging pool chairs!... We would definitely book another winter stay here... Breakfast for globalists is the buffet or you can order a la carte... We tried both on different days and loved the options of the buffet and enjoyed the eggs Benedict a la carte option the next day...

The staff was excellent and housekeeping came the same time every day when we were at breakfast without even having to ask... We really enjoyed our stay and do plan on coming back again soon...

We've stayed here many times over the years and have always enjoyed returning to this property... They've made exterior changes since the pandemic hit such as adding a water park with lazy river and slides... Fantastic for families but not necessarily for two couples in their 50's... The live music and dancing in the lounge are gone as are the great breakfasts we used to enjoy... The four of us ended up walking to the Miramonte hotel down the street for breakfasts... Towels past their best before date, what seemed like cheaper thin toilet paper, soap, lotions, shampoo and conditioner... We did hang out at the adult pool one day and there was only one overworked waiter serving everyone there... To sum it up, disappointing dining options, lacking service, dated rooms and nowhere near the same experience as past visits...

We chose this hotel and signed of for the Hyatt card due to the amenities for children. It was my daughter's birthday and she selected this hotel for the slides and pool... When we got to the hotel, they told us the slides and lazy river were closed for the whole month... Not only was parts of the amenities closed, but construction started every morning at 7:30 am with loud drilling noises... I would say that the room with pool access was worth the upgrade... Also, the check in process using our mobile prior to arriving was also very convenient...

...They were prompt and attentive and took care of our needs even before we realized we wanted something to be done. Wenddy, our event planner, was par excellent and made our stay so easy and hassle free...

...For a California resort, the pool area is expansive. There is a good sized adult pool tucked away in the back, but unfortunately the adult bar was never open during our 4 day stay... During our 4 day stay, we never once got to order a cocktail to enjoy at the pool... We had 2 couples massages and both were great, though Sarah provided the best massage Ive ever had... The reception staff were all welcoming and friendly, as were the valet and bellmen... The lazy river was a lot of fun, even for two adults...

...Two that stood out were Tina and Kira at the pool areas. Tina brought our dog water since it was hot out and checked in to make sure he didn’t run out... She checked in frequently to ensure our drinks were filled and tummies were full... They are available upon request at $20 per day as an add-on fee... Lantana breakfast buffet is $27 per person and was okay as well... Our one year old really enjoyed the kiddie pools and splash pad... Hopefully next time the lazy pools are open...

We come to this resort several times a year and are always so impressed with the hospitality and services provided... The food is great and the property is such an awesome place to take the children...
