Since the time we called to make a reservation to the time we left the management and staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful. They were charging 4 star hotel prices and the restaurant and bar was closed, not offering cleaning services, the spa did not offer couples massage, the pool had a 3 hour max and you could not get a drink at the pool bar unless you were within your 3 hour time slot at the pool. We were not able to sit and relax at the pool once our entire stay because of capacity issues. I understand the circumstances of the world right now but if you can't full operate your business and cater to your customers as a 4 star hotel should you should not being charging the price they are charging or even be open. Also not a kid friendly hotel - the pool is a vegas pool part during the day.

My boyfriend and I did a mini staycation for our birthdays this weekend. We rented two cabanas by the pool and had such an amazing time celebrating with friends. Dane, the door guy, was such a big teddy bear! He could not have been any nicer and accommodating to our friends/guests. The cabanas came with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter. They’re a bit pricey but ended up being totally worth it. Jocelyn, our server, was so efficient with food and drink requests. She was so nice and mellow even when our guests started getting a little rowdy! The rooms are so pretty and the balcony view is breathtaking! Definitely a birthday to remember and I’m so sad it’s over! I can’t wait to do this again!!!

Spa, in room dining, pool service and hotel restaurant and bar closed during entire stay. Was not made aware at time of booking and no discount or other available options were made available. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to a staycation as we only live up the street and we’re hoping to make this our go to spot. Would not recommend. Very unhappy with the stay and lack of accommodation.

I had an absolutely fun first time going here & the staff are very friendly. At night time I discovered the LED changing lights in the pool. It was really entertaining to swim and definitely one for Instagram! Especially when the pool looks straight out into the beach!

Went to this hotel based on a referral and thought it would be a great place to stay. The suite wasn't clean and had stains, rust and stains on the chairs and metal posts. If you want to reserve a cabana or lounge chair you really should just make friends with the security guard and give them $100 instead of the hotel $1000. I paid the $1000 and I saw others that didn't and were able to have even better spots than what I was offered
