We originally planned to stay 4 nights, but left after the first day. Our fault, we should have never even considered the Huntington Tower. It’s deep in construction. 8am bulldozers, jack hammers. You can’t sit outside or even open the door. They were unable to...More
Went for the weekend to check out the new Tower that just open. The room exceeded all expectations. We were on the 6th floor and had an amazing sunset view of the beach. The room is brand new so it was spotless. I liked the...More

I don’t know, I search high and low for what looked like a cool waterfront resort that wouldn’t break the bank & I decided on this one. My husband and I both found it a little too pretentious for our tastes (we have a 2...More
I loved this hotel, comfortable beds and a new pool that doesn't have a deep area and two small water slides. Also has a sand area for play or bonfires. Beautiful view of Huntington beach. They supply beach towels and small beach toys for kids...More

My issues with this hotel began prior to my arrival; so unfortunately, I think it tainted my view of our entire stay. I will start with some positive aspects of the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool area was nice although...More

I’ve stayed in both towers on a recent trip. Yes the Dolphin is the newer tower and beautiful! The older rooms are fine, but who doesn’t like a new room. We had a room at the Dolphin that was quite a hike from an exit door. It has an octagon-like shape where you have very long halls with lots of turns. It took a long time to get to the pools and our car. I would suggest you ask for a room that doesn’t require walking down long winding hallways to get to your destination, especially with children since you may be making more trips to your room! Also, check the fee for valet parking. I believe it was $40/ night and you have no other options. Be sure to add that to the cost of your stay!
