The location is...well, not sublime but if you're wanting to spend your money on wine and not a hotel, this is a great choice. We had a newly renovated villa and it was stunning! Fireplace, lovely and large bathrooms, great bed and super comfy. The pool area is kind of in the

We spent two nights at the BW Dry Creek Inn. Our check-in was painless, and the desk staff were great. We were given a king bed room on the end facing Grove Street. Other than cars occasionally hitting man hole covers, being next to the street wasn't a big deal. The room was

Dear Roger B: On behalf of myself and the entire Dry Creek Inn team, we would like to thank you for your lovely review on the property. It is always so wonderful to see how much our guests have thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all of our amenities. Your comments about our Front Desk staff are nice to see. They do work hard at satisfying our guests. All of us were very happy to serve you and are all looking forward to your return stay with us when you come back to the area. Thank you! Sincerely, Aaron Krug President and General Manager Best Western Dry Creek Inn

It is a great location if you are planning on visiting for wine tasting. RIght in the heart, able to get to many wine regions, right next to expressway. Breakfast was more varies than I have seen at other Best Westerns and the staff kept the kitchen clean and food stocked.

Excellent hotel close to freeway and in the middle of wine country. King room was nice and even had a little sofa. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, breads, cereals, youghurts, etc. Pool area and outside seating nice.

Overpriced and more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms are outdated and bathroom was very small with an old outdated shower and poor water pressure. Thin, small towels and bed linens were equally low quality. Alot of traffic noise from nearby streets. Very disappointing in such a

Dear Trip Advisor Past Guest, Thank you for completing a review regarding your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I regret you felt our hotel was overpriced. Over the past several years both the Sonoma / Napa Wine Countries have become an enormously popular wedding, tourist and regional destination. Our room rates reflect this increase in popularity and most times our prices are equal to or lower than other hotels similar in style to ours. Therefore, hotel rooms in the Sonoma Wine Country, particularly in Healdsburg, are in high demand on a daily basis, especially on weekends. Our hotel, in comparison to the other luxury and boutique hotels located in Healdsburg, offers the best value, as our prices are generally $200- $400 per night lower. Thus, making our hotel a great value. The best time to visit Healdsburg and our hotel is during the weekdays and in the shoulder and or off seasons. This is where you would find our hotel offers the greatest value, as room rates are greatly different. As you experienced, our hotel is in the middle of a $5 million renovation project and there is a great deal of construction activity going on, at this time. Every room in the hotel is getting renovated in some way. This would include the room which you occupied during your stay with us. I am sorry you felt the towels and bed lines were of poor quality. All our guest rooms have recently been replaced with new towels and linens, which far exceed the Best Western minimum standards for the level of Best Western property we are. Our remodel project will be complete by mid May. It is my hope that you will reconsider staying with us again, so that you can experience our newly remodeled rooms. We are very excited to see the finished product. Once again, thank you for taking the time to write this review. You time is most appreciated. Sincerely, Aaron Krug President and General Manager Best Western Dry Creek Inn
