I didn't want to like this place because we are not boutique hotel people (i.e. my husband doesn't wear skinny jeans & i don't have a flowy scarf perpetually hanging from my neck with our smart phones plastered to our hands) - but I was quickly won over. It was the perfect mix of charming and contemporary in a clean... More

The Hotel Healdsburg is beautifully designed with great light, high ceilings and a very clean luxurious feel. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are fantastic. Breakfast was very good as was a dinner we had in a private dinningroom. It is certainly one of the treats of wine country accommodation.

We decided to stay at several different hotels on our recent visit to Sonoma. The Hotel Healdsburg had been recommended to us by a friend. It is a great location while you are vising Healdsburg & surrounding areas. The hotel appears to be run by a lot of very young people. They are very to the point and not overly... More

We were at the hotel two nights in October 2012, first night overlooking the plaza and then the second toward the side away from the plaza. The difference was traffic noise on the street toward the plaza: not unbearable but heavier than we liked. But the advantages of this hotel: location right in the city center (no driving after the... My husband and I stayed in a suite on this property and paid almost $700 a night for a room that might be worth $250. The light on the makeup mirror didn't work, there was an annoying sound all the time - my husband thought it might be the HVAC on the roof, the duvet was ridiculously heavy, breakfast was... More

Considering the exorbitant price my company paid for the double room, the hotel staff needs more customer service training. No effort was made to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. For the business meeting, coffee was served in paper cups, and water only in plastic water bottles (Costco brand). This caliber hotel should pay more attention to sustainability and serve... More

You can't go wrong with this hotel. The rooms are fabulous, the staff is very helpful, and they have a great breakfast to enjoy. I loved the central location and all of the amenities. Be sure to check out the amazing bathrooms and little patios. The hotels has a lot of hidden spaces you can enjoy a glass or a... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. Everything was perfect - the soaking tub, the bedding, the decor - all made sure we had a restful, calming trip! The entertainment at night down in the lobby area was always great. The only (ONLY) downside was having to have your car parked down the block. If you needed to get... More

Beautiful hotel! Had king room with french doors that opened up over the square. Our room had 2 closets so I can't imagine someone thinking there wasn't enough closet space, but all rooms aren't the same I suppose. Loved the bathroom-the soaking tub! HEAVEN ON EARTH!! So fun! My only complaint is the lighting while very "Zen" it was very... More

Enjoyed our stay very much. Slept in room 227 premium king. It was a spacious, minimal room and smelled pretty good. But no magnifying mirror - oh no. Really comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent. Location could not have been better, directly on the square. Valet parking with water. Our room over looked the pool area, so no road noise. The... More
