Pros: Room and lobby were spotless. Bath linens were large and very clean. Bed linens were clean but a bit "tired". Breakfast was basic but generous servings and kept fresh. Marielena (sp?) was very helpful when I needed some milk to take an aspirin for my arthritis. All staff were courteous and friendly. Cons: Wouldn't recommend a woman traveling solo...

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked well (TV, air/heat, etc.). The staff was friendly and proficient. Breakfast okay, though not great. The area felt safe and there were many places to eat and shop nearby.

My stay at La Quinta was quite lovely. I thought their breakfast was better than average and found the room comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. If I were to stay in this area again I would definitely book here again.

I did not come her for the casinos but it would have been good as they were located very nearby. I was uneasy walking from the hotel to get food since I was solo. My room was clean and staff friendly. There was a dog that barked several times in the night. It is animal friendly. I would probably not...

We recently stayed overnight with our pack of 4. Stayed on the main floor and had easy access of taking them in and out. Being able to stay overnight with our pack at a dog friendly hotel allowed us to do a weekend exploring LA/Long Beach.

We travel relatively frequently, but just started bringing our cat along with us on occasional trips. It's been difficult finding nice hotels in the sub-$150 price range that accommodate pets and that offer decent amenities and location. After our stay here, La Quinta is now our go-to for pet travel accommodations. Their pet policy is easy and doesn't tack on...

neither the CSR nor the front desk has a clue of their surrounding area. I booked this room for the VP of our company who had to be in Long Beach for a conference. Both the CSR and front desk said the hotel was 7 miles away from the Convention Center. More like 30 minutes away. Waste of time booking...

Saturday Night we stayed at the La Quinta in Hawaiian Gardens near Long Beach. It was the worst experience we ever had at a Hotel. There was a strong marijuana smell in the room and cigarette smoke at 4AM even though it is a non-smoking hotel. We also listened to loud illegal fireworks explosions until the wee hours of the...

The hotel was nice and Rosa did a fantastic job of straightening out my room charges after I gave her the wrong room number. She greeted us and answered all questions. She seems very hard working at all times, even helping with breakfast and cleanup. The breakfast included was delicious. I have no complaints. I booked on orbitz. We brought...

Got in late Friday night. Lady and all staff we have encountered have been friendly. The walls in the room pretty thin. So beware of that. If you have issues with a noisy neighbor call the front desk or go down and speak with them. I found them to be super helpful in any situation I had. The room smelled...
