On the Iron Soldier Run out of Redding Yamaha, 100+ motorcycles left on a moderate ride into the hills. Our destination was the RV park as is the rides history. The meal was burgers, fries, all the fixings, small bowl of chili, bowl of potato salad and ice tea or water. The ladies go all out for the riders and...

The campground that the family usually uses, was full. So we made a reservation for a week here. What a wonderful find! We are so happy that we found this place. The owners and staff are absolutely fantastic. They have an on-site restaurant which was great. Also, a general store on site open daily. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Very...

We made a last minute reservation as we drove through the area on August 6th and were pleasantly surprised. In fact, we were sad to leave the next day and wished we could stay longer. This place is VERY DOG FRIENDLY and we loved that. Plenty of wooded area and trails to walk dogs. Our daughter rode her bike on...

We stopped here for the night on the way to Reno. The park is pretty much out in the boon docks. It was Monday afternoon and found the office is closed Monday and Tuesday. So you have to do a self registration, pick a site, put money in an envelope and go setup. The park is situated around a large...

The 3 cabins are tiny but worked ok for 1 person - would be ok for 2 but more than that would be very cramped even though they have a double plus two bunk beds. They are clean and comfortable and the setting is beautiful. The hand knitted bed covers lend a homey touch.

We stayed here in August of 2015. We had stayed before and that's what brought us back. The campground is very clean and the staff is very nice. I will stay here again if I'm in the area. The only thing I won't do is eat in the campground cafe again. We had a mediocre breakfast there and had to...

Wow! This place is a gem out in the country, but reasonably close to services (20 miles east of Burney and about 15 miles north of Mt. Lassen). It has a large pond, lots of trees, and the sites are spacious. They have a small grocery store and restaurant with good food. The staff are pleasant, helpful and informative. The...

Nice clean park. We stayed 2 nights, very restful. There is some minor road noise. The bathrooms were clean as was the overall park. There is a small restaurant but we did not get a chance to try it out. Host was polite and helpful. There was no cell service to speak of.

The setting is beautiful and the sites have all the necessities. This resort is located right on highway 89 so access on and off is easy. There is a small lake in the middle of the park. There are several sites that surround the lake that would be nice to camp on. I would have rated this resort higher but...

Great camp sites for tent, small trailer/car/truck camping to 5th-wheel rigs. The RV Camp store is well stocked with any swag that may be needed. To add to fun... Fabulous cafe with very good cooking and extremely well stocked cold refrigerator with local brewery beer and other wonderful bear's. The staff are with BIG smiles and Lessen Park is 20...
