This is as close to the water as you can get in a hotel near Half Moon Bay... sleeping with the windows open and listening to the surf below while falling asleep was a soul-restoring event. I loved the heated floors in the morning!
Very convenient and close to Hearst Castle. We loved the grounds next to the beach, great lawn activity and amenities. They have life size chess & checkers sets. Every night for pits are lit so nice when watching the sunset.
