This place has very cute cottage style rooms with a fire place. In our room was a small kitchen with a big fridge. When showering it takes a while to get hot water. They have a big swimming pool - water is very cold in the end of October. This place is in walking distance of all the restaurants and bars.

Booked a cabin for $250, which turned out to be a very clean plywood shack with a nice fireplace heater and sturdy thrift-store furniture. To be fair it did have a functional kitchenette, and was perfectly decent, but not for $250 in the winter. It’s definitely better than 3R if you want a quieter vibe but in a central location.

I was so comfortable at this resort. Pool was nice. It was hot so thank god they had air conditioning. Service was the best I have ever encountered at any resort. People were so nice and always there to help you. We will be back many times. Thank you Woods for such a great experience.

I was so at peace the moment I arrived. Michael was a true professional and quite personable to where i was in harmony. My girlfriend Carol was feeling the love of this place that was put into its design and location. There was a kind lady that was assisting Michael with our check in and tour. The way she connected with us made it easy for us to stay for our practice vacation which was perfect.

It's all about expectations, and when you see a lot of rave review one might except a place really nice.. and it probably is great for all the folks who rated it highly. My partner and I assumed that for $250 a night it would be pretty darn nice. Not the Ritz, but nice. There was nothing appealing or welcoming about this place. It's quite run down. The concrete pavement which covers the entire place is cracked and peeling. You have a view of their washers and a left over toilet when you're walking to your room. Other stuff hangs from an upper balcony. The exterior walls, steps and deck of the bungalow we were in were long overdue for painting - cracked and peeling like the concrete. Trees hadn't been pruned, cutting your pool view down significantly. Underneath our deck was a storage area in almost constant use, so forget trying to relax in your room due to thump thump. The room was pretty clean*. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were surprisingly nice and out of character with the rest of the place. Pretty much no place to put your clothes or hang anything, other than a strange shelf above the bed. *However, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom which disappeared if you closed the door. The sink in the kitchen area was also stopped up which I didn't realize until I checked out. There is no place to gather socially other than the pool, which at least was nice.
