Horrible!! Dirty, dingy, previously leased out as living quarters, missing deadbolt, missing smoke alarm, walls falling apart, bathroom falling apart, creepy maintenance man, people smoking outside our room all night. Manager was super nice and refunded us a night but the room we moved to was worse than the first! Bed broken, mattress with huge hole in center, dirty, dirty,...

This location is definitely a five, while the inn is a well-worn three. Huge room, nice beds, giant tub, big deck with view. There was coffee, microwave and fridge in the room. Light continental breakfast doesn't open until 8:30am - too late for us. Pizza across the street is indeed "the bomb"; corner store next door. But the wifi ping...

We stayed here for one night, wr booked through bookings.com and when we arrived the young lady at the desk we no longer take booking through bookings.com as the owner had cancelled the account. I showed her my confirmation so she gave me the king room with spa as per original booking. She charged me double the price, i spoke...

Quaint hotel right on the water. We left the door open and heard the crashing waves all night. It was great. The hotel was clean but outdated. The rooms were very large. If you're looking for upscale this isn't this. If you're looking for a unique place on the ocean in a small town it's perfect. Staff was very friendly...

We happened upon this place while driving down the coast. It appeared to have great ocean views, so we stopped in. Our room ended up being a king, and the room location itself was GREAT! All of the patio areas off the hotel's rooms overlook the ocean in the distance and the Gualala river up close. Please note that there...

To begin with, the check-in process was quite slow (even for having a large group) and the staff seemed to have difficulty with the process. One young lady walked out from behind the counter to go smoke a cigarette with her friends while some of us were waiting to check-in. Disappointing. The rooms all had beautiful ocean views with doors...

We arrived to what looked like a beautiful Oceanview room but when we pulled back the bedding it was a stained in blood. When we called the front desk she was mortified and upgraded us to a suite which appeared lovely but upon further review the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat, the neighbors were noisy and we couldn't get...

We stayed only one night but everything was perfect. Great views , very comfortable bed , and room was large and spotless. The Virginia room was suggested to us and it was awesome. But best of all was Ashley who went out of her why to be extra helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed here as part of a small group on a road trip. My wife went into our room first and then said "close your eyes as you walk in". I did and the first impression of the room and view was "wow". This place has a lot of potential but it was let down by a few things. The...

The great...I LOVED the view..it is truly amazing..and peaceful. I had seagulls hanging on my large deck while I enjoyed my dinner...it was great! The not so great part...the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. My room was clean, than you for that. It was just tired. The cell service was spotty to non existent and the WIFI was...
