We stayed 3 nights in a two bedroom cabin and could have stayed a week. The cabins are clean, decorated perfectly, the beds are comfy. The location is perfect for accessing the best of the Yosemite. Back on property there is so much to do, heated pool and spa, an amazing amazing

Hello Jennifer, This is Teri from the Evergreen responding on behalf of the team to thank you and your girlfriends for visiting, and for genuinely enjoying all things Evergreen! I had trouble with my reservation going through an on-line company. We called the hotel direct and spoke with Tom. He was wonderful to help us and provide with exactly what we had hoped for. We can't wait for our next visit!

Staying here is like going to a really nice summer camp. What makes this place special is that they built the cabins amidst towering pine trees, preserving very much the feeling of being in nature yet having very nice accommodations, varied services, and quality comfort food.

My wife and I took a mid-week trip to the Evergreen lodge. It had been almost 10 years since our last visit and we were both blown away by how much we missed coming here. The place is wonderful and just what we needed to relax and enjoy some time together. While it was a bit of

The cabins are in different areas on the premises. We found most were a short walk to the lodge and pool. We stayed in a 2BR cabin which was about a 5min walk on a paved path to the lodge. We enjoyed the short walk to and from the lodge as the entire property is beautiful. There are some cabins right beside the lodge so it probably depends on which one you choose.

There are quite a few different options for cabins depending on where you would like to be. This site will not let me post a link but if you go to the Evergreen Lodge website and look under the STAY menu, there is a link for their property map that shows the layout of the lodge.

Are the cottages non duplex? Thanks :)
Hi Helen! Many of our cabins are stand-alone units, however, the type of cabin you select may play a role in whether you're placed in a stand-alone unit or duplex unit. Although we cannot guarantee cabin location, we will do our best to assign you to a stand-alone unit if you make note of your preference during the booking process. But rest assured, we rarely receive complaints about noise from our duplex cabins. We hope this helps as you plan your Yosemite trip, and be sure to let us know if you have any additional questions!

Hi there! This is Megan from the Evergreen Lodge jumping in to answer your question. Our guests typically do not have any issues driving from the San Francisco area to us during the winter time, and even in the case of winter weather, we have easy access to the majority of the park's attractions. But do keep in mind that often times during the winter the National Park Service does have seasonal road closures and chain restrictions-- you can review winter travel in Yosemite on the National Park Website. We hope this helps and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions as you prepare to join us for your Yosemite adventures.

They do a nice hike at the Hetch Hetchy reservoir. They also do a sunrise Yoga hike that’s pretty nice.
