Great place to stay, comfortable Cabins, great facilities, friendly helpful staff. Great organised tours. Perfect base to explore Yosemite and its spectacular scenery. The John Muir house was really nice.

We discovered this gem on our trip to Yosemite and fell in love. One of the most beautiful lodges in the mountains. Perfect for couples and activities for families makes this an ideal setting on a trip to Yosemite.

We were planning a 5 night stay between Christmas and new year 2017 but had to cut our trip short and check out early. My husband has dust allergies, that makes him the perfect judge of cleanliness! From the moment we arrived at our cabin, he had a hard time breathing and sneezed for 2 days till we checked out....

Stayed for two nights at New Years. Generally very positive experience, great location. We had a two bedroom lodge in Muir. It was quite nice. The staff was not especially helpful with advice on where to visit, certainly happy we didn't pay $500 for the four of us to tour Yosemite which we had considered. First night eating off the...

Pleasantly surprised. Well appointed room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Very nice common areas: two lodges (one quieter, with fire and board games; one more active, with shuffleboard, etc.). Lots of outdoor space we didn't take advantage of, as we were there in (chilly!!) November: pool, hot tub, ropes course for kids ... Staff was especially friendly, and the little store...

We had a great time with our parents and children visiting Yosemite and staying at the Evergreen Lodge in a two bedroom cabin. It was cozy and not fancy. The dinners at the restaurant were tasty. There was a very tiny patch of snow in the Evergreen Lodge parking lot, but we saw so many icicles around Hetch Hetchy dam...

Stumbled upon this lodge several years ago and I've been going once a year ever since. The cabins are very comfortable and charming. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A general store, tavern, and restaurant are onsite. WiFi is slow so don't go here if you intend to be on your device for any length of time. Enjoy the...

We absolutely loved our experience at the Evergreen Lodge. Spectacular food. They have no tvs at the resort which makes you switch off quite literally. The only downside I would say is the location which is about 6 miles off the highway making it a little difficult to locate or drive back after a long day at the park. But...

About 20 Minutes outside the gate to the park and about 45-50 into Yosemite Valley with no traffic issues. This place is so much better than staying at the Lodge in the Valley. My kids didn't want to leave the lodge! it was so quaint and fun. Great play areas for the kids with unique and fun activities. Great kid...

Stay here! We stayed at Evergreen for 3 nights and booked a vintage cabin which was basic but had all the essentials. It had snowed the day we arrived which was so special and picturesque. We enjoyed the free s'mores every night, free wifi, the variety of games, the hot tub in the snow, the delicious affordable food at the...
