Good location and a lot of pluses/amenities. The cons are its more of a RV parking lot instead of a park. Spaces are tight and not angled so difficult to park. Very little space to sit outside without feeling like you are intruding on your neighbors. Having said that the pros outweigh the cons and with minimal private RV parks available in this area its a good option. You will spend most of your time out of the park sightseeing.

Great Hosts - Extremely Helpful - They treated you like a Guest. Besides that its a Small Campground - Space are Tight - But your 5 minutes from the Ferry - Easy access to drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and Down Town. Really Clean Really Nice - Real affordable.

Recently booked a stay while in the area. Made the mistake of booking the night a month in advance of our stay. The owner could not have been more gracious and accommodating helping us find a solution. When I’m the area again I would certainly patronize this business again.

Great place to park your RV while you explore San Francisco. Toilets are clean and the staff are friendly and willing to help. Just catch the Ferry over to San Fransisco it’s 30 min. There is a supermarket 5min walk from the park

I was really unsure of where to park our rented RV for us to explore San Fran. This park was perfect! It is more expensive but we are close to a city. 2A4C approx $120 night. The ferry is only a short walk and really easy to use. The lady in the office was very helpful and gave us a clipper card to use (and return) which cut the cost of the ferry. Bathrooms clean and laundry was great. Thanks for a safe and comfortable stay!

Great location near ferry terminal with easy Fwy access. The park is clean and well maintained. The RV spaces are extremely small to the point of some users not being able to open the slides on their rigs. This is a major inconvenience.

I was really unsure about staying here as I read other not so favorable reviews. However, I thought it was just fine!!! Now, if room around your motorhome or being able to make a fire outside is what you want....this isn’t the place for you! If you just need hookups and a place to overnight or station as you drive or uber around San Francisco.....it’s perfect! Has a pool and NICE showers. Quiet park. Pool closed at 8pm which was a little bit of a bummer. You really are in a tight space. Enough room for slide outs and that’s it! No outdoor space for kids FYI. It was after hours when we booked online so it was great that way. We didn’t see where we were supposed to park anywhere so we just found an empty slot and backed in. Again, tight spaces so know your backing abilities and surroundings. I’d stay there again if I wanted to explore San Fran.

We stayed for two nights at this RV park during a road trip from Vancouver Canada to San Diego, where we stayed in a variety of State Parks, county parks, and RV parks. This was our least favourite camping option from our whole trip, but if we travelled to/though San Francisco, we would stay here again. After doing much research, this was the only option with good transit to San Francisco, in a safe area. Pros: As many have mentioned, there is easy access to San Francisco via the Larkspur ferry. This is a very pleasant and scenic way to get downtown, and costs around $12.00. The last ferry leaves weekdays from San Fran by 9:35 pm, so this may be a factor for some. We were staying late in town for an event, and took the bus back, which was easy and cheap, albeit a bit lengthy (almost an hour from downtown). We enjoyed the green space on the train tracks for walking our dog, as some RV parks have only concrete dog pens. The people we met staying at the park were friendly, and the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. You can also walk to Trader Joes for groceries. Cons: Not much can be done, we realize this, but the aesthetics of the park itself are very unappealing. For some reason we were placed in the outer perimeter with long term residents, against a concrete wall, so it felt dark and penned in. There is no place to sit outside, not that I would want to as there is nothing to look at in the park. However, were were in San Fran all day, so we were at our trailer only to sleep, so it was fine. Being furthest from the office, our Wifi was poor, which was not a big deal but a bit disappointing. The bathrooms were clean but not modern or appealing. We would stay here again if we were visiting San Francisco with an RV, as it appears to be the only acceptable option. It gets the job done, but you won't likely leave raving about the place.

There is nothing pretty about this park - it’s is literally a car park. Very little greenery and gravel sites. However the location is fabulous, although expensive to other cities we passed through.... although as we learnt, San Francisco is expensive period. A 15-min walk to the ferry which takes you across the bay to the city port in just 35 minutes. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly- really went out of their way to make our stay in SF as interesting as possible. Accept that you won’t be spending much spare time in the park and use that time to explore.

Great park located within walking distance of the ferry to San Francisco. Also Trader Joes and small shopping center a few blocks away. Office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in planning your day in the city. Nice not to have to worry about driving, a real vacation!
