This oceanfront property is stunning with the various lodging buildings, outdoor space and on-site amenities. The bellhop's golf cart delivery to the room was much appreciated after long flights and travel delays. The spacious room with the soaking tub was a treat, though the property features encouraged me to explore and enjoy the tasting room, coffee house, gift shops, spa, gym, and the lobby's restaurant/bar. The drinks and food were fantastic as was the bartender who shared local tips and spot-on recommendations. The meeting staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All that, then add stunning views once the rain stopped. Enjoy this experience!

Great hotel close to the beach in Santa Barbara. Staff was excellent every day. Loved having the golf cart transport around the property. The guys and spa in separate buildings. At least 3 restaurants on the property. We are at Angel Oak, steakhouse one night and enjoyed smoking cigars at Cobina restaurant. You can even get a smoking jacket and blankets for those chilly nights. We had a room with partial ocean view. Enjoyed this property and it was much larger than I realized. 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. Also had kids activities daily. Onsite wine tasting room and outdoor activities for adults (meditation, beach walk, etc). My husband had special decorations in the room for my birthday from the hotel - balloons and flowers. And chocolates. Would come back for sure.

DONT STAY HERE------Read Review Management-- I've stayed here multiple times over the years. Every time, its gotten worse, this was the final straw. Know your clientele. 90% of the staff are so poorly trained and are open about how awful the hotel has become. Over the course of my stay Bellman , waiter, and 2 valet openly, genuinely enjoyed giving me the inside scoop about how the resort had become Ritz by name only. Favorite comment, it was getting rebranded as a Sheraton because of how far the standards have fallen. Pricing doesn't isn't a major factor when I vacation, I just expect level of professionalism. If your busy I'll wait, crowed I'll wait. What I will not tolerate is apathy, indifference, and laziness by management. I knew well the former GM. Steve, appears David and Allison need to be running a Hyatt not a Ritz. You'll be getting a sight visit from corporate shortly.

Great stay for a romantic weekend. Staff and food was fantastic. Yvonne in the wine tasting room was particularly wonderful. We ended up visiting a few times and she provided excellent guidance for planning out our excursion to the wineries.

From the get-go, you're greeted with this vibe that just makes you feel right at home, but in the fanciest way possible. Now, let me tell you about the concierge team - they're like your cool, knowledgeable buddies who know all the ins and outs of the place. Super friendly, yet totally confident in what they do. They're the ones you go to for anything and everything, whether it's scoring a table at the hottest restaurant like Maggie helped us do for a really busy weekend night or finding the best spots to explore around town like the hot springs for example. Overall, the Bacara totally blew me away with its combo of upscale digs and laid-back vibes. If you're after a top-notch getaway on the Cali coast, this place is where it's at. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

The rooms here are seriously plush, with comfy beds and all the modern stuff you could ask for. And let's not forget those incredible ocean views that make you feel like you're in paradise. I gotta give a shoutout to the staff—they're the real MVPs. During my stay I mostly spoke to Maggie and she assisted our family with all our valet and golf cart requests. The staff made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with much appreciation at the valet and then again at the front desk throughout my stay. But it's not just about the rooms and the service. This place has everything you could want for a top-notch vacation. Think amazing restaurants serving up delicious food, a spa that'll make all your stress disappear, and tons of fun stuff to do, whether you're lounging by the pool or hitting the water for some adventure. If you're looking for a slice of paradise where luxury meets laid-back vibes, this resort is where it's at. Trust me, you won't want to leave!

During my stay I had run out of clean towels and so I called the front desk and a girl named maggie answered and I asked her for 2 extra clean towels and when I got them I ended up receiving more than two which I thought was very kind on her end to give me more.

I've been visiting the Ritz Carlton Bacara for a few years now and I always have the best experience visiting. The service was amazing and the area itself is beyond gorgeous. I had the pleasure of meeting Magy who was extremely helpful & kind while assisting us with our dinner reservation & to top it all off the food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Had such a great time on my girls trip at the Ritz. The view is absolutely amazing and the staff were so caring and anticipatory of our needs. Maggie was particularly helpful and answered all of the questions we had. Amazing experience and would definitely go again and again! The pool is super fun too!
