I'll begin with the toll free line messing up my reservation which cost me an extra $80 - $100. Was disconnected 4 times while trying to fix their mistake. The canned answer Sorry I can't do anything about that. And now have a complaint with the Corp office Requested a room away from the elevator and instead got the room right next to the elevator and the mechanics. When I told the front desk, they shrug their shoulders, said they couldn't do anything about that and they said there are no more rooms like mine (two beds) So I gave up on complaining about the other items below The property: 1) hair all over the bathroom floor including what I would guess is pubic hair 2) rug not properly vacuumed, was stepping on stuff (cherry pits and stems) that I wore my shoes the rest of my stay 3) Internet is almost non-existent things would time out and connection would drop 4) No Breakfast offered only a cafe attached to the hotel which is basically a greasy spoon 5) My hallway smelled like pot for a few times even though there is no smoking - when I told the staff again deer in the headlight look and "sorry" 6) HIDDEN FEES - they charge a daily fee for the in-room safe. Parking fee wasn't obvious on the reservation site 7) in room fridge not clean - looks like something spilled in there and was never properly cleaned 8) everything dated and old NOT WORTH WHAT THEY CHARGE

We have stayed at many Days Inn, so we sort of knew what to expect, but still this was not living up to the expectations... Rooms was quite pricy to start with, and parning was not included... And as most Days Inn’s the place was quite worn down. Even though we had stayed the amount of people in the room when booking, the rooms did not have enough towels when we checked in. If you really need a place to stay, this place is ok, but not worth the money...

This is an old hotel and it is in need of a remodel. Don't let the lobby fool you, the rooms are straight out of the 80's. There is cotton stuffed into the holes in the walls... through the 1980's wall paper. The bed was a small hard wood and steel box with some foam on it.

We only stayed one night and this hotel served its purpose. Bed was comfy and we had an amazing view of the sunset over the mountains from our balcony. The front desk clerk was beyond friendly and helpful as we were walk ins. The room was clean. One weird thing was that they pipes seemed to "scream' when flushed. Not a deal breaker just weird. No breakfast was offered but the front seat guy at check out did offer me a cup of coffee on our way out the door. Not a bad stay, just not remarkable either.

June 1: Check in June 2: Do Not Disturb sign on the door as no cleaning was needed while at Universal Studios June 3: Allowed housekeeping to clean room while at Universal Studios. Shopping bag with Harry Potter wand in it was placed to left side of the dresser near my luggage. June 4: when packing to go home we discovered the wand bag was missing. At approx 830am, reported the missing wand during check-out with Supervisor. Called front desk at 6pm once I returned home to see if housekeeping found it. June 5: called front desk again to follow up with housekeeping. Ariana called me back and said it couldn't be located and to call customer care for more help. June 7: Customer care rep opened a case notifying the property of my issue being reported. I was told to wait a week, if the property didnt not handle it I was suppose to call back. June 19: Called customer care again. Made a note to have someone contact me regarding this case. It was suggested to wait another week but rep could give no guarantee that corporate could help me resolve the issue. My little girl was devastated that someone took her wand. I bought another one and had it shipped. All I asked for was to be reimbursed $68.95 to cover my expenses for replacement and shipping. At this point I did not get a resolution so I will never stay at a Wyndham or Days Inn property nor will I recommend the company.
