This was my first time @ a B&B. I was hesitant primarily because I usually stay in hotels when traveling. There was a daily community breakfast served promptly at 9am and the food was wonderful. I stayed in the Sterling room which had an external entrance and the room was beautiful. I would say the only downside was the night... More

We came to geysrville for a wine tasting. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean-this is all we needed. Home made breakfast has different choices and very delicious. Hostess was helpful and polite. Great staying and good experience.

The accommodations are nice enough for the price, but unfortunately the salt water pool was filthy and not usable on a 95 degree late June day (aka the peak of summer) and the innkeeper gets too involved with her guests which creates a weird dynamic if you just want to relax and not feel obliged to listen to recommendations you... Charming B&B in Geyserville. Lovely Rooms in a Victorian Home. Run with elegance in an old way manor but with modern facilities. It was to cold to use the pool area but it would be where you could spend time relaxing with ease. Breakfast was delivered at 9am one sitting and was a good start for a day of Wine... More

We reserved almost all the rooms at Hope Merill B&B for our daughter's wedding weekend in September.. The rooms and the common areas were decorated Victorian style and the details were amazing ! It also provided modern comfort.. The fireplace in the winter time will be very romantic, I believe..The most memorable are breakfasts! Our group did gather around the... More

Found on a booking site at last minute. Home is a beautiful Victorian with silk wallpaper and some very interesting antiques. The room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. That's the good. The not so good is we felt the hostess could have been a bit warmer. She was always right and corrected anything you said. The home does need... More

Gorgeous antique Victorian mansion, with privacy, pool, lovely spacious rooms and common areas, fantastic period detail throughout. Handmade and silk-screened unique wallpapers are worth special comment because they surround us with beauty and warmth. The pictures are representative, and actually being here feels like living in an intimate museum. Labor Day Weekend 2015. So beautiful that it enriches the soul.... More

I am actually a native of the area and came up for a school reunion with my partner. We stayed in the Victorian Room and it was so lovely! Adorable decor and so nice to take a bath looking out over the vineyards. Great breakfast with fun guests and even a bit of wine ;) The pool was heated and... More

We couldn't resist the invitation. Our favorite winery, J. Rickards, was teaming up with a bed and breakfast in Geyserville for a wine dinner. Hope-Merrill House delivered a wonderful package. The wine was spectacular as always and the food that Cosette and Ron prepared and served worked perfectly with the wine. We really enjoyed the evening and their company! Cosette... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hope-Merrill and had a fantastic time. The house design and decor is old and full of quirky character. The experience of walking around and exploring, even in your guest room, is a treat. The backyard pool was surrounded by a cornucopia of incredible flora: persimmon, pomegranate, walnut, and fig trees, as well as a... More
