Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. The Inn and our room, were clean and well decorated. The room itself was modernly decorated, with nice amenities, which for my interior designing eye was unexpected. I usually find hotel decor to be drab, at best. Oh the mirror in the bathroom is extra fancy, with great lighting. We especially loved our fire place, so romantic. The bed was comfortable with a nice foam mattress and pillows (no thin cheap pillows). Only complaint, is we would have liked a more substantial blanket on the bed. The blanket provided, was thin. For the winter, a thicker blanket or comfortable would have made the experience more comfy. I cannot speak to if the staff had one available, as we did not ask but within the room, there was no additional bedding. There is a heater in the room, but there is just something nice about a thicker comforter.
The staff were nice and welcoming.
We enjoyed the hot tub, although we would have liked it a tad warmer. But it was still hot enough to enjoy (which we did twice in 24 hrs).
We ate at the restaurant next door, which was nice, especially since we were there during a holiday and they were open. It was good food and service. It was nice to have a place so close.

Only negative, that was not the Inn's fault, but to be noted by potential guests. We were on the bottom floor and the person staying above us was very heavy footed. I am not sure why the guest above was walking around the room so much and so early, but it was loud enough to wake us up. Our friends were staying across from us and had the same complaint. So if you are sensitive to loud walkers above you, I suggest requesting a second floor room. But the giant getting his/her steps in above us, wasn't enough of a negative, not to return again.

If you are looking for that authentic wine country stay, look no further than this renovated In surrounded by vineyards. The rooms have been tastefully updated with hard surface flooring, large walk in showers and super comfortable memory foam mattresses. Just minutes from the Dry Creek wineries and Lake Sonoma. Definitely coming back here for a more extended stay.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend recently, to celebrate our anniversary. The room was really cute and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect! The on-site restaurant is also really great for breakfast. Honestly, this would’ve been a perfect day except for one thing… There is absolutely no soundproofing in between the first and second floors. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of staying in a room directly below a room where children were staying… Running, jumping, and stomping all weekend long. Even normal footsteps sound like elephants. I was woken up every morning at 6:30 AM and I can’t deny that it was definitely a bummer for my trip. I’ve never done this in my life, but I even called the front desk to see if they could ask them to be quieter. (Nothing changed.) I really hate writing negative reviews, but I left this trip really sleep deprived and it was really disappointing. I won’t stay here again unless I can be guaranteed a room on the second floor. If you’re not bothered by noises, or don’t have a problem sleeping with earplugs in, then you’ll love this place! Everything else about it is fantastic!

OMG! My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. Here is what you get at the "Inn" which costs close to $400/night!!

See photos attached. Brought it up downstairs with front desk and didn't get as much as a sorry, or "please let us make it up to you". I did however get plenty of attitude.

They came up while we were gone, changed the stained sheet, dirty blanket, and cleaned the air vent. Well bless your hearts! I already spent the night in that filth. But get this, they put a new sheet on WITH A HOLE!! What is this Motel 6?!

From the the staff, to the amenities, AWFUL (to say the least). You might as well stay at a Motel 6, or just bring a tent and camp out instead (it will be cleaner and better).

I ordered pancakes on the side of eggs from the menu, and there is an "s" at the end of the word pancakes, and was delivered one small pancake for an extra $5.50. Upon politely pointing out to our server that the menu says pancakes, she was argumentative and rude rather than gracious. Correct the menu, find servers with manners, give them the power to make customers happy. Management seems clueless.

This inn was recently renovated, however if you’re facing the road it’s very loud from street noise. The AC was loud as well. All
Of this was compounded by the poor service from management. I left some items in my room after check out. It’s impossible to get ANYONE to answer a phone in real life, and must leave a message. It took a couple days for someone to call me back (after second message) and left a message that they didn’t write down what I left in room and to call back. I did so, and they never returned that call. Poor service, overpriced. Stay in Healdsburg.

Dear Texas_Traveler750, On behalf of myself and the entire team here at the Geyserville Inn, I would like to sincerely and truly apologize for the less than stellar experience you recently had when staying with us. I would like to really reassure you that your poor experiences certainly aren't indicative of the fine level of service and guest experience that we are striving for. 17 guests stayed for 2 nights mid-week for a reunion of friends. We had a party in the large room on-site, including a served dinner. We had breakfast in the Grill next door, which was delicious and expertly handled by Vanessa. Daisy at the front desk was wonderful as well. Check in was easy. I do not understand the poor reviews. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Could some things be improved? Yes, some guests would have liked this or that, but this is not a full-service, five star, Fairmont with elevators, etc., it’s a country inn in a small town.

I am here now. Woken up at 4.30am by traffic noise. Stumbled down to reception to be told the nearest place for breakfast is either a mile away if you just want a coffee but if you want a proper breakfast it is 10 miles away.

Been here for 12 hours of a five day stay and thinking of checking out.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Geyserville Inn for a wedding weekend. The rooms were nice; clean and exceeded my expectations. We were on the second floor (219) overlooking the event space etc behind the Inn...we even had a small balcony. The view was nice and it was very quiet.
We opted to skip housekeeping, although we could have simply hung the sign on the door and had our room made-up.
There was not an elevator and the stairs,( while fine for us), could be an issue for some people.
Will definitely stay here again to go wine tasting in the area!
