Great location just off 110 Freeway, accessible to most attractions, very clean, friendly, quiet, a lot of restaurants around the area and the best American and Japanese breakfast! So worth the money!

Good location and clean rooms. Excellent service with good free parking. Nice breakfast buffet that never changes unfortunately but good nonetheless. Friendly staff. Very Japanese oriented but that’s a positive.

After looking at other hotels around the LA area I decided to give this hotel a try. It was the best decision I had ever made. Clean, peaceful, excellent room service, 5 stars all the way!!!!!!! There also a restaurant, which has great food. If you're ever in the area New Gardena Hotel will be your best choice, guaranteed!!!

We stayed the night at the New Gardena Hotel. This was an older property but very clean. The furniture in the room was a little dated but it was nicely kept. Since the hotel is mostly used by Japanese business men it was very quiet when we stayed. The atmosphere was also very calm. There was free hot tea in the lobby. Also they have bento breakfasts for a good value, but not on weekends.

This was my second stay at this hotel on business within the last year. It's such a calm and clean hotel that I had no hesitation in staying again. A few points: it's a hotel for business rather than pleasure, it's geared toward Japanese customers, and you will need a car if you're staying here. I had breakfast included and the nightly rate was just under $100. Downside was that there is no breakfast service on the weekend and the wifi is really unreliable though that wouldn't stop me staying here again on business.

Most of the guests in this hotel are Japanese people visiting the area on business - many Japanese companies have their American offices in the Gardena/Torrance area. It cost me around $100 per night. Japanese or Western breakfasts are available for just $3 extra. Japanese staff were friendly and helpful and can speak English too. Hotel and rooms are clean. Complimentary coffee/green tea in room would have been nice but drinks can be bought from fridge in reception at reasonable prices. Japanese restaurants and a supermarket are nearby.

This is a place to stay if you are out the rest of the day, clean, quiet, average priced nothing fancy but all you need is there, the staff is pretty much helpful on your demands too. The best of all, free parking!!!! Due to the Japanese related companies that nearby, mainly customers are Japanese so is the staff behind the counter. Needs improvement may be not in the amenities but, haven’t seen for a while returning to the front desk the room key every time you leave the hotel, which by the way the key is attached to a big room tag , might be a good idea if they change to card keys…. Breakfast... two choices, traditional Japanese, miso soup, gohan (rice), tsukemono and fish (different everyday) or go with traditional breakfast: eggs, salad, ham... this by the way is the same

I stay here occasionally when in the Gardena area. This property has quite a few plus factors starting with 1) the rooms and Premises are CLEAN, 2) parking is plentiful and FREE! , 3) easy to getto and from off the 110 Freeway, 4) restaurant while not part of the hotel is within and on the Premises with Good food, 5) staffing very very POLITE. Need I say more? YEP! One more important point and that is, it is priced right

I was looking in the Internet for a hotel to stay in while in LA. I came across New Gardena hotel but was hesitant to book online... When I arrived LA, I went to check it personally.. The Japanese lady named Kazue showed us one of their room.. It was a nice decent and very clean hotel. We immediately booked for 4 nites and have never regret our decision in choosing this hotel. The staff may not be fluent in english but have tried their outmost best to help us in every possible way... More power to you New Gardena hotel.. Thank you Nobi, Trina, Kazue and the other lovely staff..
