This is a decent hotel depending on how much you pay for it, if you get a cheap deal off a third party website such as Hotwire like I did I think you'll be satisfied; however if you pay the amount the hotel charges directly from it's website I'm thinking you'll be disappointed. The location is nice, right next to...

Stayed here via priceline name your own price. This hotel was highly rated by a number of sites and visitors. The hotel is dated and may have been really great a while ago but now it's a little worn. The ice machine on my floor had been removed and ice machine on the floor below was out of service. The...

This review is for Piccadilly Inn Airport, NOT the Piccadilly Inn Express which is next door. We stayed here the night before a 6AM flight out of Fresno. The agent who checked us in was friendly and efficient- we arrived around 4PM Sunday before Memorial Day so it was not overly busy. The grounds seemed well-maintained; both the outer landscaping,...

We were very late in arriving at the hotel and I was worried that our double room would not be held for us. We checked in after 10pm on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and the reservation was held and the accommodations were very nice an convenient. Clean comfortable rooms and a very nice place all around.

I flew into Fresno and wouldn't have ride to Visalia until the next morning so we stayed at Piccadilly Inn since it was right across the street from the airport. The lobby was nice but the rooms really need updating. There isn't much insulation between floors so we heard every step the people on the 2nd floor took which resulted...

Thank you for your thoughtful response. As one of the oldest Grand Flagship properties in Fresno we are aware and taking steps to eliminate the sound between floors as many older large grand hotels have done. We will addressing the issue in the very near future to help our guest have a more positive and restful visit.

Stayed at the Piccadilly for two nights...clean, but little outdated ...it must had been beautiful hotel in the 80's. Carpets need updating, large clean room. Not enough lighting to read. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good.

The lovely staff ( like Denise) and good prices always have us come back to stay at this property. There is a nice restaurant and bar that serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yes, the property is old and the floors noisy so we try to get a room upstairs. There are no elevators so if stairs are a problem...

Hotel was quiet on Thursday but Friday was noisy. Could hear the people in the room above. Rooms were ok. Beds were very hard to sleep on, if one person moved it shook the other person. Hall needs a lighting upgrade. Air conditioning unit was very loud going on or off.

Thank you for your detailed response. As an older flagship property we can experience raised noise levels from time to time depending on what group we have in-house. We have security to help control excessive noise to assure all of our guests have a positive experience. Any guest may call the front desk and we will have security address the...

We were leaving for a 2 week vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and decided to use their "Sleep and Fly" program. What I found interesting was that what was listed on the hotel's website was $25 more than what was posted! Originally I thought I was getting a deal & in retrospective....not so much! My suggestion ........make sure you know...

We appreciate your feedback for your stay. I'm always deeply concerned to hear about the issues you experienced at our hotel. We have rate parity contracts to prevent published rate issues which are managed by software so we will certainly look in to the program. Each of our rooms are graded by an inspectress after each housekeeper finished cleaning a...

I booked several rooms for my family (I am a frequent guest). The Easter experience could not have been improved upon (except for malfunctioning door keys!). Stephanie Logan, operations manager, merits special mention; after some of the party flew all night, she took pains to arrange early check in; she went far and beyond the call of duty in response...
