I flew into Fresno and wouldn't have ride to Visalia until the next morning so we stayed at Piccadilly Inn since it was right across the street from the airport. The lobby was nice but the rooms really need updating. There isn't much insulation between floors so we heard every step the people on the 2nd floor took which resulted...

Thank you for your thoughtful response. As one of the oldest Grand Flagship properties in Fresno we are aware and taking steps to eliminate the sound between floors as many older large grand hotels have done. We will addressing the issue in the very near future to help our guest have a more positive and restful visit.

Stayed at the Piccadilly for two nights...clean, but little outdated ...it must had been beautiful hotel in the 80's. Carpets need updating, large clean room. Not enough lighting to read. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good.

The lovely staff ( like Denise) and good prices always have us come back to stay at this property. There is a nice restaurant and bar that serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yes, the property is old and the floors noisy so we try to get a room upstairs. There are no elevators so if stairs are a problem...

Hotel was quiet on Thursday but Friday was noisy. Could hear the people in the room above. Rooms were ok. Beds were very hard to sleep on, if one person moved it shook the other person. Hall needs a lighting upgrade. Air conditioning unit was very loud going on or off.

We were leaving for a 2 week vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and decided to use their "Sleep and Fly" program. What I found interesting was that what was listed on the hotel's website was $25 more than what was posted! Originally I thought I was getting a deal & in retrospective....not so much! My suggestion ........make sure you know...

We appreciate your feedback for your stay. I'm always deeply concerned to hear about the issues you experienced at our hotel. We have rate parity contracts to prevent published rate issues which are managed by software so we will certainly look in to the program. Each of our rooms are graded by an inspectress after each housekeeper finished cleaning a...

I booked several rooms for my family (I am a frequent guest). The Easter experience could not have been improved upon (except for malfunctioning door keys!). Stephanie Logan, operations manager, merits special mention; after some of the party flew all night, she took pains to arrange early check in; she went far and beyond the call of duty in response...

Nice surprise! Found the Piccadilly Inn on Groupon so we thought we would give it a try for the night we spent in Fresno. The hotel is older and has been in Fresno for a long time. My Father you to stay there in the 80's when he would work down in Fresno so I wasn't sure about how the...

Stayed here one night. The hotel itself is very nice right next to the airport. Not that many flights out at night so relatively quiet. There are only two floors but no elevator so if you have much luggage, prepare to lug it up the stairs by yourself. The room was comfortable and had a balcony that overlooked the pool...

I arrived, by auto, and, the long drive in from Rte 99, was depressing, however, I found this Old and Well-cared-for hotel, a pleasing setting, in the expansive Metro Area, Fresno has become, staffed, by very lovely personnel, clean, with nice Sequoia Landscaping and myriads, of birds, of many types, especially, Doves, that, actually, Coo, to you, from the tree,...

I had a lovely stay and dinner here on my wedding night in 1984 and decided to try it again when I had a recent 6AM flight out of Fresno Airport. It was every bit as elegant as it was 31 years ago! Staff were friendly, especially in the bar. The room was clean and comfortable. And the shuttle driver...
