The worst hotel ever. Do not stay here. The are 2 hotels with the same name. This is the one my job put me up in because of the price. It's like the movie The Shining. Rooms are big and old looking. The heat doesn't work and it's cold in Fresno. The blanket on the bed is thin. The staff is awful and unhelpful. The food at the restaurant is not good for the price. And they have roaches.

You have a treasure in Grace, the Manager. there's one reason and only one reason I stay there whenever I'm in Fresno--Grace. You can tell when a place has harmony, when the staff WANTS to do their best--not out of fear but to receive warm attention. Which is one of Grace's gifts--warm attention, to her staff and to her guests. It takes more than attractive architecture or thoughtful design to create a warm, welcoming inn. A fearful staff communicates stress. Piccadilly Airport Inn communicates welcome, safety, and comfort. In my every encounter with Grace or her team, generosity prevails.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. The bathroom was dirty, the vents leaked, and the air conditioner was noisy. When the toilet plugged I tried to call the front desk several times. No answer. I called the direct number to make a reservation and they answered right away. Imagine that. When I told her I needed someone to come and plunge the toilet she told me they have plungers at the front desk and that I could come down and get it because they don’t have a maintenance person. But she assured me they are sanitized between each use. Seriously??? Don’t stay at this hotel!

We would give the Picadilly Inn Airport 0 stars if possible. Although the hotel is in serious need of rehabbing, we have stayed there several times recently when we have early flights out of FAT. After last night’s experience, however, it would take a lot to convince us to stay there again. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Instead there was a note stating, “Lunch Break. Back in 30 min,” with no indication when that half hour might have started. What hotel does not have a clerk at the front desk? Several guests were waiting to check in. We called the hotel, and eventually a man emerged. Rather than checking guests in, he told us to wait. He returned with a woman. She informed us their computers were down but if we had a confirmation number she could still check us in. She wrote all the information out on paper then gave us our room keys. About an hour later, we heard someone attempting to use a key card in our door. I called out they had the wrong room. A gentleman apologized and commented to someone else that our room number was the one they’d told him. A few minutes later, the room phone rang. The front desk woman asked if we were in room ___. Well, clearly we were, since that was the room she’d called. She asked our names. I told her, and she said she could not find our information. I said, well, she’d written it all down when we checked in. She hung up. On a clearly minor note at this point, there is only ever a single one-cup pod for regular coffee and one for decaf in the room.

I booked thru hotel tonight . They did not honor it and sent me away at midnight to find other accommodations. The clerks did not bother much to investigate why and honestly just did not seem to care. Rooms are outdated as I have stayed here before. Now staff unfortunately are incompetent and have bad attitudes. I will not return

just now on Google First off we open our room to someone else’s things including dog food bowls. It smelt like wet dog!! Luckily no dogs because he was out side with the dogs. He came in right after we opened the door. Then they give us a smoking room, we requested a nonsmoking, then they left us standing at that room for about 15 minutes then we went back to the office. They tried to give us double beds and said that they would try and not charge us for the double, it cost more. We asked to speak with a manager they told us no manager on duty at 4:30 on a Friday. Then they magically found a nonsmoking king room just like we reserved. Old hotel, bad odors, poor front desk employees, will not recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, pool and spa closed. No tissues in the tissues box. Feels like old mattress, Not worth the money we paid. They have smoking rooms right next to nonsmoking rooms. I guess the smoke knows not to sneak into your nonsmoking room lol except it’s not really funny

Avoid at all cost... and the alternatives are just across the street. I hastily booked this place on an "Express" deal from a certain booking site and quickly realized my mistake as I drove up. A nearly deserted huge parking lot and a "character" half-riding his bike into the deserted lobby and quickly dashing into the restroom directly inside the front door gave bad vibes, but I was tired from a long drive and checked in... Clerk radioed "security" guard about bike guy and gave me a room. Cut to the chase: Room was last renovated maybe in 1980's if ever. Floor creaked and groaned in every direction and all the chrome was long wiped clean of fixtures. Oh, electric chargers would not stay in sockets due to wear, so not charging overnight. I wore socks the entire time in the room to try to protect myself from the 40plus years of contamination on the carpet. This place is well-suited for homeless housing. Bed was soft. Shower produced lots of water, just don't step on the floor. A few name-brand, mid level, known quantity, quality travel hotels are literally directly across the street along with a Starbucks. Do Not Do Piccadilly.

I stayed here for three nights in December 2022. On arrival, it was so lovely to see the Christmas decorations, so beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I stayed on the ground floor and found the hotel very relaxed and peaceful. The staff members at the cafe and bar were very friendly too. Great food and drinks at the hotel bar, with fair prices. Very clean hotel. Only a ten minute walk from the airport, and yet very quiet. I have booked to stay again in March for a business trip. Looking forward to it.

This is really close to the airport and the room was clean, but people at the pool were screaming when we first arrived and continued to do so till almost bed time. The lady at the front desk was also less than polite. No thank you and no, let me know if you need anything, just here you go. The beds were comfortable. The hallway had a slighty must smell and it was definitely a little dated.
