NIce and clean with friendly staff but we needed internet badly and couldn't connect to any of the room internet services so had to sit at the reception to carry out these tasks. Continental style breakfast with cereal, Toast and Coffee

Very conveniently located, right across the street from Fresno State University. The front desk clerk in the evening and also in the morning were very friendly and helpful. The room was shabby. It lacked bed spreads, which I like to turn down so that I know the blankets are cleaner. They forgot shampoo for the bath and the tub was...

I will probably stay here again because of the price and the cleanliness of the room. The rooms are spartan, but clean. The air conditioning works. My complaint was that I pulled in at 3:00 a.m. after a six hour drive. I was dead tired. The first words from the night clerk was that I'd have to wait until she...

Clean decent large room and clean bathroom. Comfy kings sized bed. Pool was nice and clean had it all to ourselves, very quiet at night, staff was nice and helpful. Good location near restaurants and a starbucks and a new shopping center soon to open across from the Savemart center. Overall experience was great, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at University Inn on the 22nd to the 24th of April. I've been going to this hotel for the better part of 5 years when I stay in Fresno. I had booked a few days in advance and requested for a remodeled room if they had one available and I was in luck. I was upgraded free of...

Clean bed and the shower had hot water. The rooms also has cableTV. good parking and OK breakfast (but poor selection). The Hotel was in a area that seems safe. The staff was so nice and friendly. For a motel, I would recommend it for a one night stay.

Stayed here one night, several prostitutes working out of the hotel, noisey all through the night, a group of thuggish looking individuals all partying out of one room in between going back and forth to the prostitutes rooms so I'm guessing they were a bunch of pimps or something. Then to top it off the weekend staff were extremely rude...

I stayed at this hotel for a women's group weekend in Fresno. At first the hotel seemed fine. The room was outdated, the bed was terribly hard, and only a bar of soap is provided for guests. Fine. The pool looked nice and clean (I did not use it). Whatever, it was $60 per night, I'm not complaining about this....

We were in town for a football game and wanted something close enough that we could walk to the stadium. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning really worked well. But it was a very basic room. The beds were a tad on the firm side and as far as amenities go, we had a bar of soap. That said,...
