Nice place, very polite and helpful staff Nice free breakfast Heating /AC not the best but overall nice place. Quiet atmosphere at night. Not sure if the parking lot has security. Separate area for the smokers. Nice outdoor putting green for golfers pools and spa look nice but not used by me

We drove into Fresno with no reservations and we were glad we did! At first we went to two other hotels asking them if they would honor the online price ...to our surprise they said they couldn't and gave a feeble explanation. So we set out looking for a local hotel we also found on the internet Piccadilly Inn, They...

Was supposed to stay here for a training. Marvin at the front desk and the towels in the room were the only high points (towels were not sandpaper and were normal sized). Website is misleading - the beautiful photos of their rooms are not what you're going to get normally. Black mold in the bathroom, hair from previous guest hanging...

First of all, the person at the reservation desk (first initial D) had no personality. We weren't even greeted when we entered and walked to the desk. Then later when we were in our room, his follow up call to ensure we didn't need anything sounded rehearsed and he sounded bored. The individual buildings are so poorly marked that we...

This hotel had the best breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and arranged like a small campus with a lot of privacy. It felt very safe, too. The staff has been very friendly. The landscape is also gorgeous. The only downside for us was amenities are hard to find if you aren't familiar with the place. There should be ice and...

We came here last minute because of a family passing and they offered bereavement rates. The front desk was super patient with us as we reserved rooms for family. Very beautiful place to be, highly recommend it.

This is only my second review on TripAdvisor. BIG THUMBS UP! I travel several times a year and am particular about hotels.I don't expect (and cannot afford) luxurious surroundings, but I do expect wherever I stay to be clean, comfortable, quiet and have an attentive staff. We were thrilled with our stay at Piccadilly Shaw earlier this month. We were...

My house had a fire and Red Cross had given us a Debit card to use for Hotel. This way we could find what worked for us and it was less restrictive. I didn't realize how difficult hotels would be about this. I kept trying to check in and use my own credit card for a hold, and wanted to...

Had a great experience. Very clean. Although the restaurant is under renovation they still offered breakfast. Maria in the breakfast area was very helpful with everything. If have to visit Fresno in the future, I will mostly likely stay here again

This was our first trip to Fresno and we weren't sure where to stay. The Piccadilly Inn was recommended by family living in the area and we're glad we stayed. The front desk staff, especially Renee, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their king size bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on,...
