We had a very nice spacious remodeled room. Comfortable beds and nice big shower. We were in the back cottages and it was very quiet. Standard hotel continental breakfast was served and enjoyed. The only thing that was subpar was the cleanliness of the windows and screens. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fresno.

We chose this hotel based on the pictures of updated rooms and the fact that it was rated #2 of all hotels in Fresno by TripAdvisor. The first room we were given was on the ground floor with a window that looked out on a wooden wall and tree trunks. Because we prefer a room with natural light, we asked...

This hotel is a sad place. We got serious attitude when we asked for more K cups being told we were only allowed two. The bathroom floor had some scummy spots and they had three dinky pillows, not enough to prop ourselves up to watch TV. If I ever stay in Fresno again, it will not be here. The free...

You know that hotel that needs to be on hotel makeover? This one runs pretty close. The grounds have hope. The rooms need a major overhaul with old furnishings, musty smell, and a hard bed with a few foam pillows. Bathrooms were a 70's shade of taupe. Around 6pm it started to get quite chilly in our rooms, we both...

This is a large motel, conveniently located on Shaw, one of Fresno’s main streets. At least when my husband and I were there in October, it was relatively inexpensive as motels go these days (about $109 per night). The room rate included a full motel breakfast, i.e. sausage, eggs etc. as well as the usual cereal, fruit, and sweet rolls....

I came here for a business trip and stayed for just one night. The hotel is located centrally in Fresno and the price was great. The lobby is being renovated and is half done with a large wooden divider temporarily in place during construction. The completed half looks beautiful and it will be a fantastic lobby when they are done,...

Clean, spacious, central, just a little expensive. They serve a complimentary dish in the evening, and has free breakfast. They even allowed us to stay up to 1:00 pm. There was one odd thing-the decoration in the lobby for holoween was ugly...

This hotel needs a MAJOR over haul. Pros: Front staff was friendly and helpful Room was good sized, but dated Good shower head stream Cons: Big one; hotel is 40 years old. The a/c and heat system is a one pipe system. That means you get either the a/c or heat, but not both. We wanted heat and couldn't get...

The Piccadilly is a quaint relaxing hotel and the best in Fresno. I use the hotel for Business meetings and over night stays. The Regency is very elegant and a beautiful quiet location. The food was extraordinary!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The free breakfasts were excellent with many choices. I would reccommend adding peanut butter to the menu as folks were asking about it.
