This is a large hotel. When we arrived they were just emerging from lockdown. No pool or breakfast. A comfortable night stay before going to the National Park. They did have some entertainment in the restaurant. I would return.

When we visited in February, it was Ok, Nice breakfast. Rooms were ok, kind of dirty and run down, but the breakfast, coffee, and water made it worthwhile. NOW, what was OK is now abhorrent. Just a few observations: 1. Only one person in the LOBBY. The big HUGE lobby which is about as big as my house. Which meant, I had to stay in the 145-degree car while my husband checked in. 2. NO breakfast, no coffee, no visiting with family members who came to mourn our brother's death 3. A shower that drools water on you. Literally DROOLS water--worst water pressure I have ever had in my life in a hotel. 4. The rooms are not cleaned. Uncomfortable Beds not made. Trash not collected. A call to the desk reveals that due to the "covid" they are not cleaning rooms, making beds, or basically doing a damn thing but collecting our money. 5. Yet, for this self-service experience, they still feel fine about charging over $90 a night with tax for a room. 6. Since they won't let us sit in the dining room, and there are no restaurants open we ordered a food delivery. the hotel refused to allow the restaurant to deliver to our unit even though we were the ONLY ONES IN THE BUILDING. My husband and his brother had to go to the front of the hotel and get the bags of food from the delivery driver and bring it all back to our building. Seriously? 7. did not bring new soap or shampoo to the room even though we used up your microscopic bottle. thanks for that too. In order to get the trash emptied,we had to set it outside our room, which actually remained there until we checked out. We had to get large garbage bags from the front desk to put trash in our room since no one bothered to come in. They also told us to just let the dirty towels pile up in our room. How healthy is that? Very few rooms are filled--you would think they would bend over backward to make sure the place is clean. I will never again stay here. I would rather sleep on the sidewalk than stay in this place again You are using the covid farce to not do your jobs, to treat guests like scum and yet you think it is ok to still charge nearly a hundred bucks night? Not sure how you sleep at night. What happened to the days when you were not happy, they would bend over backwards to take care of you and make you happy? Did COVID remove your heart as well?

This use to be a nice place but they are housing homeless now. They are also very rude. I always stayed here for business in the past but the last couple times I was very disappointed. I wont stay here in the future.

This past summer we has a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Piccadilly. We decided to make this our "base of operations" for a few days while touring the National Parks as well as parts of California. A great location in Fresno, near many restaurants as well as shopping a very short walk or drive away! The hotel and grounds itself is very well maintained, and even though the rooms are dated, they are large and very clean and well worth the price! The breakfast served in the lobby every morning was more than adequate with fresh eggs, sausage, toast, (very, very good) coffee and juice, etc.... During our stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely, positively stay there again on our next trip to the area. Great Value for the money. Overall Rating ~ Very Good!
