Great hotel for the value. it was central to everything we wanted to do. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was wonderful-very accommodating. I grew up in the area so always seek somewhere close to the activities that I enjoy while in Fresno.

We took students there during a conference and it was a great experience! The breakfast was delicious and didn't run out even with the large groups. The pool/jacuzzi was nice and the rooms were comfortable. My only issue was the the fridge in the room froze my food, even when I turned the temperature way down.

The breakfast was one of the most extensive I've ever seen offered. Included: cheese omlette, bacon, sausage, fruit, as well as the standard waffles , cereals, & sweet rolls, Motel was well soundproofed - very quiet.

Unlike previous visits, when the employees appeared not really to care about their guests. They seemed to have an active interest in our stay. In fact on a previous visit an employee apparently took a nap on our bed prior to our arrival, which necessitated them placing us in another room. We found the employees especially the individual checking us...

All seemed ok. except I walked around my room in white sweat sox and end of evening they were almost black making me question if the room was really clean or just sugar coated appearance wise. For a non- expensive hotel the hallways or at least the main lobby should have some kind of snack and candy machine for guests...

Checkin was easy, parking was easy. We got a first-floor room which we wanted. It was much quieter than I thought it would be. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Was very happy with the room. The breakfast was quite good too.

My wife and I needed to find a room for a night in Fresno. This Best Western fit the bill with helpful, friendly staff, a comfortable, clean room with a full breakfast for a reasonable price. Just 2 nights before we spent the night in Monterey, California in a hotel that was converted from a former Best Western. That other...

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Close to many restaurants and easy parking. The staff were very helpful and generous with tips on the area. There is a great outdoor pool on complex with comfortable lounge chairs.

I went to a medical conference at UCSF-fresno, for 2 days, room clean but do not ask for wake up call, they forgot twice. The bed was comfortable as other reports given. I would stay there again. The room has a refrigerator which was nice
