Located a few miles from Hwy 99, we stayed overnight while heading South. Lots of off-street parking available. Check-in was easy and the staff very pleasant. We had a ground floor room, which was a good size, clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable providing a good night sleep. Breakfast is served in the hospitality room, which has numerous...

I don't usually give excellent ratings unless I'm in a plush/expensive hotel but this place is one of the few, in this price range, that deserve it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large, nicely decorated (I suspect a recent remodel), clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and they offered the largest variety of breakfast...

We brought our dog so this may be the reason for the poor room conditions. It was clean, smelled okay. However, the room was not newly renovated, just painted over dents and dings. A little disappointing after reading some of the previous reviews. I will not be going back to the area, period. Associates were really nice though.

I do apologize you felt the room wasn't newly renovated. We have replaced carpet, bedding, curtains and painted all rooms, we will be finishing with the bathrooms and new furniture. I am however glad you enjoyed the staff and the room was clean. I am sorry to hear you won't return. Angela Hobbs General Manager

Your typical Best Western Hotel. Convenient location with plenty of parking. The bed was a little too hard for my liking but the pillows were good. The TV had limited HD channels. You would think in these times of technology they could afford more HD channels. Complimentary breakfast served 0600-0930, so if you have to get to work early there...

Went for a family get together in Fresno, Ca and needed a place that would take dogs. Got there early and with no reservations and they didn't bat an eye. The woman at the counter was awesome, upbeat and friendly. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The dog area was a nice...

I stayed here for five days on business and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is pet friendly and provided ample area for doggie walks. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and clean with modest decor. My bed was very comfortable and made it a challenge to get out of! The staff...

During my transition from my home being sold and trying to find another home, I stayed at the Best Western Village Inn Fresno, This is by far the most cleanest hotel on Blackstone avenue. The entire staff is very friendly and personable. Keep up the Great Job..

We booked this hotel based on the close location to a concert venue we were going to. The hotel was easy to get to, and the surrounding area was convenient with easy access to food and a Starbucks (always a plus). The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. The bathroom was a little dingy, but it wasn't...
