I am handicapped and because the handicap room was saturated in smoke, I could not stay in that room and the Ramada was unable to get me into another handicapped room. I did not have any more money to book with another hotel to try to find a handicapped room. So I had to stay in a non handicapped room. Which then I could not use the restroom without physically being lifted on/off the toilet. The restroom smelled like mildew and mold. And one of the beds was broken and made a horrible sound when used. Also the Ramada refused to make it right. They told me that they knew that room smelled like cigarettes because they had to charge the previous guest a fee of $250 because the room smelled so bad. They said they did everything they could to clean it, which I know is inaccurate because there was dog hair on the red covers that go at the foot of the bed. That means they did not wash those red covers or replace them. Very poor customer service and failed to fulfill ADA requirements for guests who are handicapped. …
The staff is very nice. There is housekeeping done every day, but you can opt out of it if you hang the Do Not Disturb sign on the door at times. There is a fenced in area to park, open 6 am-10 pm. The problem is,anyone can drive in there. So non-room renters take the "restricted" parking spots within the gate, making it difficult for an actual room renter to get a spot near their room. One night I got to the hotel after work and some bum was sitting on the steps, talking on the phone about how he uses coke. I tried to step on his cigarette as I walked past him going up the stairs. Cameras are at a minimal here, the area is NOT safe, trash like that homeless guy were all over, inside and outside of the main lobby. There's supposed to be security here, but I never saw any. And the place is LOUD! People fighting, when you unlock your door, it slams shut, so I was being woken up multiple times during the night by late arrivals. I could hear car alarms right outside my window, and I always knew when my neighbors were taking a shower, the faucets are that loud. I would not recommend this hotel.…
Don’t know if I’ll return to this location very unsanitary and I’m very disappointed with the stay would not recommend to anyone my cars tire got flattened and the people next to me kept yelling and fighting
Lobby was nice and clean. Once you got into your room, you are treated with misc. food on the ground! Found a jellybean laying on the ground and god knows what else was on that ground! The pull out couch, when pulled out. Had red and yellow stains. And underneath the mattress found needle caps and more food! The walls are stained. The bathroom door has damage done to it like someone scratched it. The shower had one setting. Which was very hot. All the drawers would stay open, there was no shutting them. If I could. I would give this hotel a 0 star. It was very disappointing. I could've have paid half the price and gone to a motel 6 that was more clean and had better maintenance! Also, on top of it. There is a sign in the lobby that says rooms are cleaned every OTHER day. With COVID-19, that doesn't seem too sanitary? COVID-19 aside, looks like they change the bedding and towels every time someone leaves the room, I don't think they actually clean their rooms, at least not from what I witnessed!…
Excellent staff and amenities especially during the COVID! I am awaiting surgery at the Veteran's hospital and they help me with my wheelchair and they are amazing and very very pleasant! thank you fresno north especially Michael and Sharmayne! Merry Christmas!
