Front desk service was horrible, Patricia was very rude and not very helpful. She set a very unpleasant tone to the start of my stay. The housekeepers however was very sweet and polite. So glad other staff understand how to provide customer service.

is there a ATM in the hotel?
Unfortunately we do not yet have an ATM inside the hotel, however there are several that are just a short walk from the lobby. There is one on the front of Club One which is right next door, additionally there are several banks on the corner of Van Ness and Fresno Street, which is less than a block from our front doors.
