We had a relaxing time at the Fremont Marriott for the President Day Weekend after going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Jinia, Front Desk Associate & Danny from the restaurant were so accommodating & very friendly. They are both a great asset to your hotel. That is why we choose your hotel besides the nice gym & indoor pool. Thank you to Jinia & Danny for making our stay very enjoyable.
My experience at this hotel was elevated by staff like Jinia at the reception counter and Danny at breakfast at the restaurant. They are friendly and helpful. They greet guests with a genuine smile. I feel relaxed and at ease at your hotel. That's the reason for my repeated visits here.
Had a great stay at this location. Ana Victoria at the front desk was very hospitable and friendly: 5/5 star service. Sher in the hotel restaurant and bar was also very great to work with: 5/5 star service. Highly recommended!
The staff at the front, Anna Victoria, Nick, and Kailey are always the kindest and ready to be helpful. This is my home away from home and the reservation staff are always the first to greet me with a smile and kind words.
stayed here almost 5x already in diff dates of return around 5night every visit. Kept coming back to the same hotel since location is very convenient. parking is a bit of a challenge on weekends but the rest of the week its fine esp because parking is free! Breakfast is the usual continental sit down breakfast bacon eggs sausage toast, choice of pancakes as well or burritos or french toasts.
Victoria was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I am not familiar with the area so I asked for recommendations for food and places to explore - she had plenty of suggestions and they all turned out to be amazing. I will definitely recommend this location to coworkers for future business travel.
Sharp, clean facilities. Stayed 1 night , quiet, pleasant room., great shower! Helpful staff, conveniently located.was therefor a professional conference. Spacious facility.Would definitely stay there agsin.
Nightmare stay at this location over Labor Day weekend. I checked in on Friday night and by early morning had FLEAS all over me. Pulling back the covers of my bed, there was a clear flea infestation. Needless to say, the experience was unbearably itchy and stressful. However, the most disappointing part of all, was the lack of concern and service I received from the staff thereafter in handling the situation, from housekeeping to management. After being put on hold by the front desk several times and a no-call from their manager, I finally reached them that afternoon and asked for a full refund, to which the manager literally said, “I’ll see what I can do. We might be able to refund one night.” Really? The itching isn’t just for one night. The numerous bites on my body are very visible, very itchy, and will not heal for several nights at least. Finally, I cancelled the rest of my stay and went elsewhere, but it itching and bite marks continues to dampen my vacation. The housekeeper also dismayed that they did not allow dogs before but recently began allowing them. Why would they put me, traveling alone, in a room that should be reserved for travelers with pets?! And would this not count to grant my request to transfer to a clean room and take care of my clothing regardless of when a manager started their shift?! The entire experience with the FLEAS and the STAFF was atrocious and disappointing for a brand such as Marriott. Never again.…
This is my second stay at this propery. I stayed here for 8 nigths as part of business trip. During my last stay I had a diffiucult time due to the noisy corridor. The staff were kind enough to put me in a room that was quiet and plesant through my entire stay on request. Good beds, well appointed rooms and friendly front desk staff are its biggest plus points. There is a little room for improvement though - House keeping was done only once in 2 days. I was hoping it would be daily, atleast replacing towels daily would be nice - The live counter in the breakfast station can do with a little bit more attention. On a couple of ocassions, I had to wait for a good 10 minutes before someone showed up
Best Marriott in the Silicon Valley area. This was my second visit in two weeks. The staff is very warm and accommodating and they attended to all our needs and requests. Lobby is large and has a lot of natural light. There is a restaurant which serves a buffet breakfast for $28/person. There are many dining and shopping places you can drive to that are 7-10 minutes away. Rooms are beautiful and very clean as is the bathroom. Situated in a quiet area of Fremont in the Silicon Valley area. Rooms have a beautiful view of the hills close by. This now my preferred hotel in the area. Fly into the San Jose airport and you are at the Marriott in 15 minutes. Perfect!
