We decided on this place at the last minute. Though there were several reasons not to, we decided to go with the simple charm and elegance associated with the place. We were initially a little skeptical as the place seemed old and deserted. However, with...More

We serve a complimentary buffet style continental breakfast, featuring homemade organic marmalade, home baked or locally baked bread, the freshest butter you have ever tasted, and fair trade organic Weller House blend Thanksgiving Coffee. You are welcome to order a full breakfast with eggs, fresh squeezed organic orange juice, yogurt, organic fruits, hot oatmeal with especially flavorful Monukka raisins, at $15/person. Breakfast is when you would like it (this is not boot camp, just let us know the night before what schedule would suit you). FYI we charge for the full breakfast in order to lower our room rates; this is the finest lodging in town and we struggle to keep the rates reasonable with only 9 rooms supporting half an acre of property. If you want to relax in a beautifully restored historic treasure, this is the place for you.
