We stayed one night in Fort Bragg while heading up the coast on a road trip. Hadn't booked anything in advance, but stopped at Country Inn B&B to check out the rooms. The innkeeper, Christine, quickly convinced us that this was the place to stay....More
Christine, the innkeeper and Mom along with the resident chickens [egg source] are the best. The rooms are cute, private and all with a separate bathroom. Breakfasts were more than substantial and modified per guest. One of our group of four cannot eat eggs. The...More

Country Bed and Breakfast served the most amazing breakfast! The portion was huge! The room was clean and very cute. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and of course Glass Beach! Would definitely stay again!
My husband and I stayed at Country Inn as we were traveling along the coast to see the redwoods. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the fan. Christine was so warm and welcoming. We loved her chickens and Riley, the dog. The best part...More

We pulled into town early evening to find many hotels booked due to an event in Fr. Bragg. We love B&B's' and we spotted this one and stopped in to find they had one room left which we could not verify. They wanted way too...More

Unfortunately, the Skunk Train is closed indefinitely on the Fort Bragg side of the mountain due to track issues. So there is no way to take the train from Willits to Fort Bragg at this time. The train is still providing rides from the Willits side to the halfway point though - and you certainly could do that. There is no public transit or taxi service on the north coast. However, if under other circumstances you were able to get here without your car there is a lot to do within walking distance, there is a bicycle shop that rents bikes, and there is a rental car company.
