This was our second stay at Bradley House. Both times we stayed in the King Suite which we found perfect for our stay. The suite has a large jet tub and quaint deck right off the room. The grounds at Bradley House offer a beautiful place to enjoy the gardens or sit on the large porch and enjoy a glass of wine. The hosts (Olivia and Mike) provide an exemplary experience. They are super accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The morning breakfast was superb (we had a yogurt parfait, freshly made cucumber/avocado toast and orange juice). The location is within walking distance of some fine restaurants in historic Folsom as well as some other beautiful historic homes. Within a short drive is the Folsom Premium Outlets (where we enjoyed a caramel apple from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory). If venturing a bit farther, Bradley House is an easy drive to Amador and El Dorado County wineries and many opportunities to explore in Sacramento.

The Bradley House is not the tired old type of B&B with dolls on the beds and heavy drapery on the windows. It is tastefully decorated with a fresh, vintage modern decor that delights at every turn. The owners are friendly and sweet and do their utmost to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. This beautifully restored historic property is within walking distance to the cute town of Folsom (Sutter Street) where you'll find unique boutiques, bookstores and cafes. This is one of the best B&B experiences I've had, and we'll definitely be back.

We visited Folsom for one night in early October 2022, and the Bradley House was a highlight! We loved the charming architecture, the friendly hosts, our clean room, the comfy bed, and the little extras such as plug-ins for cell phones at the bedside, a make-up mirror in the bathroom, etc. When we woke up in the morning and left our room, we were greeted by fresh air coming in through the home's beautiful windows and front screen door, Yacht Rock music playing on low in the expansive living room, and the wonderful smells of breakfast coming from the kitchen. The hosts are clearly experienced chefs! The cream cheese
blueberry-lemon French toast was amazing! I have stayed in many places over the years, and the Bradley house was easily one of the best overnight experiences I have ever enjoyed. Stay here!

My sister recommended the Bradley House for our 11 year anniversary getaway, and I am SO thankful she did. The house is BEAUTIFUL— classic charm with nods to the house’s history, with tons of natural light and modern style, as well. The owners have a true gift for design and hospitality. The breakfasts were SO delicious, and the location can’t be beaten. Everyday we walked to fun activities— hiking around the lake/river, restaurants, pubs, cafes, antique shopping, browsing a small bookstore, escape room, an outdoor concert, and the farmers market. But many times we passed the time just reading and relaxing in the living room or out on the lovely patio. Thank you so much, Mike and Olivia! We’re eager to return soon!

My wife and I have stayed 4 times w/ The Bradley House. The owners are always friendly and the breakfast is the best we have had at any Bed and Breakfast. It is quiet, close to all the shopping you could need. We will definitely be back when we need a get away.

The Bradley House was just what I needed to have a quick getaway with my husband. During these uncertain times, it is nice to see such a lovely place still open. We stayed in the King Suite and the room was amazing and so clean. The house as a whole was absolutely beautiful and the owners were amazing. Plus the breakfast was so delicious. We will definitely be returning to this B&B for a much longer stay!

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The hosts are friendly and the grounds and rooms are beautifully designed. Also cleaner than a five star hotel, if that matters to you. You will not be disappointed, by far the best option for a place to stay in the area.

This is what a B&B is all about. Jerry and Susan are wonderful host. I have been staying here each October for the past 10 years and it has remained consistant and clean and a fun place to stay. You never go away hungry from breakfast and her scones are light and yummy. The Bradley House is just a block up from old town Folsom and we walk to dinner and shopping. This is the only place I'll stay when in the area.

My husband and I just spent a relaxing getaway weekend at Bradley House and it was everything we’d hoped for...an authentic, historic home where you feel like you’re stepping back in time; enjoyed a great breakfast, charming decor, and a comfy bed with a soaker tub...all perfect!! It’s located on a quiet street just a couple of short blocks from Main Street where you’ll find interesting shops, great restaurants and wine bars. BUT the thing that puts this B&B head and shoulders above many others is the warm hospitality of Mike and Olivia. They make you feel like it’s your home away from home AND they can really help you make the most of your time in Folsom. We followed their advise and had the perfect dinner, hiked along the river, and took a country drive to Amador County, tasting wine and visiting vineyards. Whatever your interests, they’ll know how to guide you—you won’t be sorry if you decide to spend time in this lovely gem. We can’t wait to return!
