Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The hosts are friendly and the grounds and rooms are beautifully designed. Also cleaner than a five star hotel, if that matters to you. You will not be disappointed, by far the best option for a place to stay in the area.
The Bradley House is not the tired old type of B&B with dolls on the beds and heavy drapery on the windows. It is tastefully decorated with a fresh, vintage modern decor that delights at every turn. The owners are friendly and sweet and do their utmost to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. This beautifully restored historic property is within walking distance to the cute town of Folsom (Sutter Street) where you'll find unique boutiques, bookstores and cafes. This is one of the best B&B experiences I've had, and we'll definitely be back.
My sister recommended the Bradley House for our 11 year anniversary getaway, and I am SO thankful she did. The house is BEAUTIFUL— classic charm with nods to the house’s history, with tons of natural light and modern style, as well. The owners have a true gift for design and hospitality. The breakfasts were SO delicious, and the location can’t be beaten. Everyday we walked to fun activities— hiking around the lake/river, restaurants, pubs, cafes, antique shopping, browsing a small bookstore, escape room, an outdoor concert, and the farmers market. But many times we passed the time just reading and relaxing in the living room or out on the lovely patio. Thank you so much, Mike and Olivia! We’re eager to return soon!
My wife and I have stayed 4 times w/ The Bradley House. The owners are always friendly and the breakfast is the best we have had at any Bed and Breakfast. It is quiet, close to all the shopping you could need. We will definitely be back when we need a get away.
The Bradley House was just what I needed to have a quick getaway with my husband. During these uncertain times, it is nice to see such a lovely place still open. We stayed in the King Suite and the room was amazing and so clean. The house as a whole was absolutely beautiful and the owners were amazing. Plus the breakfast was so delicious. We will definitely be returning to this B&B for a much longer stay!
This was our second stay at Bradley House. Both times we stayed in the King Suite which we found perfect for our stay. The suite has a large jet tub and quaint deck right off the room. The grounds at Bradley House offer a beautiful place to enjoy the gardens or sit on the large porch and enjoy a glass of wine. The hosts (Olivia and Mike) provide an exemplary experience. They are super accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The morning breakfast was superb (we had a yogurt parfait, freshly made cucumber/avocado toast and orange juice). The location is within walking distance of some fine restaurants in historic Folsom as well as some other beautiful historic homes. Within a short drive is the Folsom Premium Outlets (where we enjoyed a caramel apple from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory). If venturing a bit farther, Bradley House is an easy drive to Amador and El Dorado County wineries and many opportunities to explore in Sacramento.…
Beautiful house! We stayed in the junior suite to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and it was perfect. Nice big and deep bath tub and completely remodeled bathroom! The grounds are gorgeous and the house has many nice amenities. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous, strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast and sausage with orange juice, coffee, tea, hot coco and water. We will be returning to the Bradley house next time we want to get away!
I have family in Folsom/Granite Bay and have stayed in some very mediocre hotels in the area. I thought I'd give Bradley House a try when visiting Folsom for a birthday/anniversary celebration. What a lovely surprise! From the welcoming hosts to the beautiful, well appointed house and gardens, I couldn't have been more comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing. Bradley House will be my go to place when visiting family!
We went to the Bradley House to just get away and celebrate our 30th anniversary. We couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. We were greeted at the door by Olivia, who is an incredible hostess. We felt so much at home the entire visit, enjoying ourselves outside in all the various cozy areas. Our room was spotless, spacious, and cozy all at the same time. Bradley house is just two blocks from downtown, so we walked there for dinner, and after breakfast the next day. Our breakfast was amazing, and Olivia's company is so wonderful. We will be back without a doubt! Thank you, Mike and Olivia!
The home has world charm with gardens and setting that could not be more lovely. It is steps from the main street in Folsom with many dining options available. Our schedule had us out in the morning before the scheduled breakfast so we missed that luxury, but hopefully can enjoy that next time. We will return!
