We are a family of 6 staying at the Tin Lizzie Inn on May 1st – 3rd. The two nights stay was extraordinary! We had the carriage house all to ourselves. The house is beautiful and clean. It looks exactly as shown on the picture, and even better. The host and hostess David and Sheran are such wonderful people with...

We spend three nights at the Tin Lizzie Inn at the end of August. Our wohle stay at David and Sheran was the best time we had on our entire vacation. They did everything to make your time perfekt. I advise everybody who would like to visit the Yosemite Natinalpark to stay at the Tin Lizzie Inn. You wont be...

This review is long overdue after our exceptional stay at the Tin Lizzie at the beginning of September. It was utter perfection and only spoiled us for any future accommodation! The biggest thrill for my husband was of course the ride in the Model T! What a fabulous treat over and above the already wonderful accommodation. The attention to detail...

We stayed at this establishment over four nights. Everything we read was just so true. David and Sheran are just lovely, caring people who make the whole experience just magical. The location is ideal for exploring the park, but you have to drive short distances to restaurants for dinner, which are equally terrific for meals. It was peaceful, relaxing and...

We stayed here for three nights. Wow! From the moment you arrive everything has been thought about. The rooms are beautiful, breakfasts are amazing as are the treats that are left for you. David took us out in his vintage car several times, nothing is too much trouble. David and Sheran are wonderful hosts, and do everything they can to...

David and Sheran designed & furnished the lovely Tin Lizzie Inn from scratch and everything about the place shows you that it was a true labour of love. That spirit extends to the quality of their hospitality and top notch bakery treats made by Sheran. I can't really add to the other reports here, other than to say that even...

The other reviewers are right about the hosts... I have never had more attentive or kinder hosts at a b&b. We are avid travelers, and were on our late summer California roadtrip with lots of miles to cover.. ..We selected the Tin Lizzie because of the location to Yosemite and reviews. We were originally booked in the the cottage room,...

Virtually impossible to find fault. Beautiful place and owners who cannot do enough to please. Sumptuous breakfasts surrounded by wildlife, a location 2 miles outside the park, beautiful room and a quiet peaceful location under the stars at night. Highly recommended for Yosemite - the valley is an hours drive from here.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Carriage House' 8/ 18-21/ '14 and had the pleasure of experiencing the attention to detail the proprietors had put into its planning for making a guests stay the most pleasant possible. Renting the model A Ford to drive into Yosemite is a must! One more 'must' is to have Dave Woodworth teach you...

Our family recently spent 3 nights at the Tin Lizzie Carriage House, using it as a basecamp for our Yosemite vacation (minutes from Mariposa Grove; around 30 minute drive to the valley as long as you get out early before the traffic builds). What a wonderful place - from the cookies and sparkling lemonade waiting for us on our arrival...
