Very Expensive for a quality Inn Not dog friendly, they charged us $15 for each of our 2 little dogs and they dont even have a place to walk to dogs. Items were missing from our room, no outlets had to unplug lights to plug things in. TV was horrible, didnt work very well. And our door while it locked... More

My husband and I stopped for the night. Trip Advisor quoted the room at about $83 (before taxes) and when we walked in, they told us it would be over $100 for the walk in. Ok, I sat down in the lobby and registered with my phone to get the discount - lesson learned - going book all my hotel... More

Just a big block of a hotel/motel, all doors open to outside. Inside rooms were well appointed, baths had been redone with tile and solid surface counters and tub surrounds. Rooms clean, bedding clean and comfortable. Bit of noise from traffic on the main drag, but I turned on a fan to drown that out. (I live int he country... More

From the outside the hotel looks quaint. However, after being efficiently checked in by a courteous desk staff person, the room turned out to be a big surprise. It was large, clean, and had a refrigerator which we used to cool down our perishables in the cooler. The WiFi connection was very good. There was a coffee machine in the... More

Well we reluctantly fired up the scooter and pulled out of Gold's Beach, OR heading south taking our time enjoying the coast line and reentered CA. It was getting late so we pulled in here for the night. However this is not the up to other Quality inns I stayed at in the past. This place is downtown Eureka. The... More

On a recent stay there, the hotel was decent. It was after I left that I encountered the problem. I called the hotel directly to reserve a room for 3 nights. I was quoted $77 plus tax and tourism levy it came out to approximately $87 a night, and it was charged to an American Express card, which I don't... More

Spent one night here. It was ok for one night. Bed linens were clean. But the room was so outdated and shabby it was one of those places that even if it is technically clean it seems dirty. The bathroom was the giveaway. The edge of the tub was damaged, and most of the fixtures seemed ancient, dented, stained etc.... More

Stayed one night while exploring the North Coast. Nice hotel, clean, outdoor pool (too cold to swim), 2 stories - no elevator, nice breakfast (including more than continental breakfast). Remember, you are on the coast so there is no air conditioning - there were two fans to plug in, if we needed them - we just opened our window. The Carson... More

We needed a last minute family suite (3 beds) that took pets for an unexpected trip. As all of our regular hotels were booked (Best Western Bayshore is our favorite), we finally found what looked like a pretty good deal in this Quality Inn. While all staff members we interacted with were very courteous and professional, the hotel itself and... More

While visiting the Redwoods, this was our base. It's in an okay area, walkable to the historic area of Eureka. We did come across some homeless people and pan-handlers. One block from the Carson Manison and Pink Lady. Breakfast was okay, a few hot items, yogurts, fruit, cereal, etc. Staff is friendly, but the front desk is not manned until... More
