A place to sleep: clean, utilitarian, reasonably priced, . . . and noisy. Quite literally faces 101. Beds and pillows are hard (if that's your preference, this is the place for you!), shower is better than most. No breakfast and breakfast food is not nearby. All in all, utilitarian. A place to crash.

we booked online a room with 2 beds and 3 adults... they needed that room for someone else so upgraded us to the family unit at no extra charge.. an older motel but spotless... the shower was high end and we slept very well even in the middle of town.. we had heard that eureka has a huge homeless problem... Nice little clean motel for a quick overnight stay. Furnishings a little dated...but, the bed, sheets and pillows were very clean, firm and comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. It's right down town and you park under the motel rooms which are on the upper level. Nothing fancy and a great value for just a good clean place to... More

This is right on the 101, so there's only about 2 hours in the middle of the night when it's quiet. It's fine if you're passing through and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We got a lot of tips for our onward journey. There is only a shower, but it is en-suite.

Though I didn't have a problem with the highway noise as I can sleep through an explosion, my wife did have a problem. The room itself was okay for one night though a bit small. It was clean and there were no problems with either the WiFi, TV or the plumbing. The neighborhood is a bit dicey, but I would... More

We took our chances with the reviews on TripAdvisor. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. But old and tired. The neighborhood was sketchy. Shower on the small side. Bed comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. Doubt we would return.

Reasonable price for what it is, we were able to get a room for a Friday summer night at 4:00 that afternoon. Room was clean, rather outdated in decor. Super helpful manager at the desk! free wifi worked great in our room. It's right on the main drag through town, which is also Hwy 101 at that point, which is... More

We suggestion is not to stay towards the main road- too much noise from the traffic. Room 34's beds are too hard and the volume on the television did not work. One night was enough for us! The Lost Creek restaurant was close and good. Old town was quaint, which allowed us to enjoy our stay.

For motels in the area at the lower price range, it more than sufficed. The owner is great with customer service, he makes regular rounds of the grounds, and the room had a comfortable bed and was clean. I would've preferred more water pressure in the shower, but that's merely a small complaint. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

The manager was very kind and helpful. It was alittle on the old side. It was clean and it did have a frig. It also had indoor parking. Would stay there again. Good for a night or two. That's about it.
