I stayed there the night before my wedding and the my first night after the wedding, though it was a morning... (the wedding ended at 6:45) It was wonderful though, I had the best experience cause it was silent, not many cars pass in front of the hotel and no busy roads with people... What I loved was the friendly staff and the breakfast. Breakfast is my thing in Hotels and one certainly took me by surprise. The fruits they had were so delicious... Anyway, afterwards we went to the beach (only 5min away) and had a great tan. The sea over the Fanari to Arogi coast is amazing. Sandy, shallow, (great for kids if you have), warm and you have many beach bars n the way where you may have your Cold Coffee, try this! Also you may play Beach Volley or other board games on the beach under the umbrella. (Bring them with you) I would definitely go back and relax at the Hotel Bar in the evening with the beautiful colors of the sunset. It's definitely a go!

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Rooms are large and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers a nice variety of food at very reasonable prices until 11 pm. The bar is open until 2 am. Easy walking distance to the village of Fanari. Free parking, wifi, and full buffet breakfast are included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to about 10 beach bars. Highly recommended hotel if staying in the area.

Fanari is a small holiday village with very few lodging options except a number of apartments of various quality. Hotel Fanari is a good alternative for travellers looking for hotel accomodation in this small town. The spacious rooms all with with balcony were clean, the staff very friendly. The beach can be reached by a 10 minutes walk. If you travel with your car like we did, your alternatives for swimming can be higher. The hotel has a car park with sufficient space.

Our family with a 2 years old child had an incredible stay at Fanari Hotel. We are traveling a lot for many years, but we have never had a comparable experience in a hotel. The owner, Nassos, is the most friendly and helpful host we have ever come across: well-behaved, efficient, well planned, always there, but not intrusive. A true sample of excellent hospitality! The hotel is convenient situated half distance to the beach and city center - 5 minutes walking. The beach is beautiful, with clean waters and fine sand. There are 2 grocery shops near hotel with a good variety of local products. The hotel is tasteful renovated, it has a large private parking. Dinner was excellent, way better than anything in town, very reasonable priced -great value for money. The rooms are modern, fully equipped and very clean, the staff follow Nassos lead, everyone is very attentive and very nice. We highly enjoyed the view of the mountains from our balcony. It is our second time at Hotel Fanari and we are convinced that we are coming back over and over again. We really appreciate the owner and staff professionalism. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

Clean rooms, nice beds, good shower and toilet; friendly staff and quiet location. The breakfast was weak and the owner apologized as it is the preparatory weeks to the summer. Walking distance to the marina and Fenari beach.

We stayed here two nights with a group of birdwatchers and the staff made our visit very comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated and feel very modern. The bathrooms in the rooms has great shower with plenty of hot water and thick towels. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was very tasty. I would stay here again if we were in the area.

I have booked based on web photos/comments and I was surprised. First of all the hotel manager: warm, ready to help, pro. The rest of the staff follows his example. The rooms are renovated, big, functional and clean. The restaurant is very good and a very good alternative compared to the taverns of the village centre. The price is also very good. The only thing to be improved is the breakfast; it could include some local products. I hope to come back. Bravo!
