The hotel is awesome. We travel a lot as a family and this place is really outstanding! The entire staff is extremely friendly and everyone always has a laugh on their face. It was great fun to be there. In no other hotel have I ever seen the housekeeping knock again in the evening and ask if you still have a need for towels or toiletries. I can understand that many guests are regulars. We too are already looking for an offer for next year.

The selection of quality drinks is very good. I can recommend anyone to book with All Inclusive Premium, as this is how you can enjoy eating in the really very high quality a la carte restaurants (12 hours braised lamb, beef fillet, sousvide chicken, sushi, Peking duck, squid risotto, to name a few) daily. But also the normal buffet restaurant is very delicious and there you can choose from a selection of a la carte dishes. In addition, AI is also worthwhile in terms of drinks. Without all inclusive you probably treat yourself to the beautiful Don Papa Rum less often, because then with 20 euros ;-)

There was never a fight for loungers. Not by the pool or on the beach. A great service is also the hotel app, where you can order food and drinks on the loungers or also make bookings in the restaurants or spa. In addition, you can communicate with the reception via chat or Whatsapp and you will receive immediate answers to your questions. So we could still keep our room on the day of departure, which was very pleasant because we were only picked up in the late afternoon. All in all just an excellent holiday.

The Atrium Palace is a very beautiful, very well-kept hotel with around 320 rooms spread over several buildings. The great outdoor area with lots of plants and various pools invites you to relax. All the staff are very friendly and most of them have been working there for many years. All-inclusive premium is really recommended here, as a lot is included and of good quality. We have been here four times already and will definitely be back...
The hotel is located right on the beach in Kalathos, around 45 km from the airport. The next larger town, Lindos, which is around 6 km away, can be reached by bus or rental car. The hotel is in a quiet location. In the immediate vicinity there is only a supermarket, 2-3 restaurants and a rental car. A few hundred meters away in the village of Kalathos there are a few more restaurants.
We had a double room with a side sea view. Our request for a quiet room in a certain area of the hotel, which we expressed by email, was fully fulfilled. In addition to a double bed, there were 2 bedside tables, a table, 2 chairs, a third bed, desk, small TV with many German channels, air conditioning, closet, free safe, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and wash basin as well as various high-quality care products in the room. There were 2 chairs and a table on the balcony.
The full minibar, which is included in the price of all-inclusive and is refilled daily, is great.
As a welcome gift, there was a fruit basket in the room as well as a bottle of wine and a bottle of water.
We had already contacted the hotel by email before we arrived because we had a special room request. The email was answered within a few hours and our room request was then fulfilled. Thank you again!
When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly at reception and invited to a welcome drink. We were then taken to our room in a small electric car.
The staff at the various bars, in the restaurant and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and special requests were also happily fulfilled. We would particularly like to highlight Despina and her colleagues from reception, Alexandros and Kasa, who both work in the pool restaurant, as well as Beatrice, Reina and Polina from the Il Cavaliere Main Bar, who were always on the ball. Not to forget the very friendly hotel manager Mr. Eleftheropoulos and Savvas, the PR manager, who asked the guests daily about their satisfaction. You don't find that every day!

It's just nice to see the regular staff again every year!

What we noticed this year, which has improved a lot compared to previous years, is the animation team. Ivan, Farrukh and the Swedish animators were always super motivated, friendly and always up for some fun. Best aqua aerobics and a great mini disco!

My wife and I have just returned from a fantastic week at the Atrium Palace.

We have been lucky to have visited many countries and beach resorts all over Europe and the Caribbean and have to say this is the best so far.

We rarely re-visit hotels, however, as we visited many years ago on Honeymoon we wanted to return and it certainly didn't disappoint, the swan towels, petals, fruit, cake and wine was a lovely surprise as honeymoon returning guests and a great start to the holiday and set the tone for the week ahead.

What sets this hotel apart is the unique relationship between Hotel Management, staff and guests.

The staff work tirelessly to ensure that everything is just perfect, the hotel is spotless from reception, bars and restaurants through to the beautiful gardens, pools and rooms.

The atmosphere that the staff creates is tranquil, friendly and fun, the manager Apostolos Eleutheropoulos should be justifiably proud of each and everyone of his staff.

We stayed in a garden view private pool room on All Inclusive and it was a treat to return to our room late afternoon to enjoy our pool facilities.

We enjoyed the fact that you could visit any of the A La Carte restaurants as many times through the week as you want, with no one visit per stay limitation.

We particularly enjoyed the Asteria and Italian Restaurants in the evenings and the A la Carte next to the Italian for lunch, the food really is of the highest standards that we have experienced.

A massive thank you to the Reception team, the breakfast team at the far outdoor end of the breakfast area continually ensuring that orange juice and coffee was topped up.

The staff in the bars work incredibly hard ensuring top quality drinks are provided, big shout out to the swim up bar crew who keep things moving even at busy times.

The room cleaners and gardeners who meet you with beaming smiles and a Kalimera.

It is really unfair to single out staff as they are all truly exceptional but a massive thank you to Natalia and her staff in the Asterias restaurant for looking after us superbly with smiles and professionalism (Natalia thanks for keeping me in check on which cutlery to use 😊 ) and to Sara in the Italian restaurant on the Cheese cake experience.....😊 my wife is eternally grateful 🌹

We certainly will be returning in the not too distant future.

Our second visit to this hotel, which is quite special for a couple who usually prefers to travel around and enjoy active outdoor holidays and avoids resorts. We ended up here for the first time partly because of the 2021 travel restrictions and then booked for seven days, because then we wouldn't get bored so quickly. However, we were completely blown away by this fantastic place and came back for 10 days this year. Two years ago we didn't actually think that things could get much better here, but they still succeeded. We stayed under the All Inclusive formula and it is called Premium AI here. And rightly so, because you can eat unlimitedly in four of the (real) a-la-carte restaurants and you could also use the services of the other two hotels on Rhodes, something we did not do. The minibar is completely refilled daily, as are the Nespresso cups in the room, and two bottles of water are always placed down. The food in the restaurants is really of very good quality, and this is really not an exaggeration. Zen, the Asian restaurant really surprised us with its menu! We ate a la carte for lunch and dinner almost every day. You could also eat a la carte in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, where a small selection was presented daily on a menu. The breakfast was very extensive and of good quality. We were also surprised by this. You can order drinks and snacks from the beach and pool bar, which will be brought to your lounger. This is done via an extensive app that works very smoothly. The range of drinks is fantastic, including several premium Rums, Scotch Whiskey and Ouzos. The evening entertainment was of varying quality with a few outliers, but the atmosphere was always good. There is always a sun lounger available, no matter how busy. The area is beautifully set up with several swimming pools and quiet spots and there is a nice bar on the beach.
But what really deserves the stars is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They really work hard and their friendly attitude is what makes this such a nice place. We saw many of the same faces again, and that was very nice. They alone make this resort one of the best vacation spots we can imagine. Finally, there are great cats around :) We will definitely come back.

We had a great time, the rooms are quiet, spacious, comfortable clean and well equipped with ample towels and good A/C. The communal areas are also spacious with many areas where you can get some individual space. The pools and pool area are very clean, with enough sunbeds to go around. The beach is ideal, a gentle slope out to sea with no large rocks, crystal clear water and warm water. But most of all it is the staff, very friendly, efficient and helpful; special mention to the spa staff especially Georgia who gave an amazing deep tissue massage and to the back room who provide an exceptional touch of a birthday cake and wine in the room on our arrival.

Breakfast was amazing with a very wide choice of cooked and cold foods, also the evening buffet was very good value and of very high quality. Cannot fault the hotel in any way, yes its large, but it feels intimate, the atrium in the middle gives a sense of greenery to the hotel and the birdlife at sunset there is a noisy and active affair, well worth witnessing. Good location near to Lindos and not so far from Old Rhodes, also restaurants, bars and a supermarket, car hire, outside of the hotel that are walking distance. Ideal for some downtime, activity or using as a base to explore Rhodes

A very beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view of the sea from an angle of 180 degrees. The complex is large, well maintained and despite the crowds you never feel crowded, whether you are at the swimming pool, at the sea or in the restaurant. The July fires passed more than 10km from the hotel and you see no effect, neither nearby nor even remotely.
The service is of high quality and the rooms are beautiful, especially those which are directly on the sea with a very nice view, they have a nice sized private swimming pool at a very reasonable price.
The à la carte restaurants are qualitative and the buffet restaurant is quite suitable depending on the themes of the day.
Management is omnipresent, which is probably what explains the quality felt.
Finally, the service provided is a local service, close to the customer with great kindness and professionalism.
There are of course small issues that still need to be improved but this remains quite anecdotal in relation to the value for money of this hotel.

I think this facility was the best I've been to. Our stay was truly 5 star, well beyond our expectations. I was impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff and services offered. The rooms are equipped with all comforts: Jacuzzi, body care products, room slippers, bathrobes in addition to towels, fruit, typical sweets and welcome wine, Nespresso machine for free use, minibar, safe, etc. The cleanliness of the room and the structure in general was impeccable. As for the facility, there are two larger and two smaller pools, clean towels for sun loungers available both in the pool and at the sea. Beach with umbrellas reserved for guests of the property on the fabulous pebble beach of Kalathos. You can order food and drink both by the pool and by the sea through the appropriate app and the umbrella number. At the beach are available for free use, in addition to always clean towels, also mats, donuts, armrests, etc.
The quality of the food is great, it has never disappointed our expectations.
Congratulations to all the staff who made sure that our stay was truly dreamy. Special mention goes to Savvas Papantoniou and Lucas!

We stayed at the Atrium Palace as a couple from August 29th to September 5th, 2023. We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and our travel agency. We were a little unsure at first, as there are almost only excellent reviews, but....

I can only agree, everything is perfect at the Atrium Palace.

We felt the friendliness right from the check-in, the room with partial sea view was super big, as was the terrace. The bathroom was particularly noteworthy, with large areas to put things down, which is not always the case.

The only thing was that the air conditioning could not be individually regulated, it always cooled regularly. Maybe you could check whether it was working properly in room 616, the standard cooling was enough for us.

The food was fantastic, we had premium all-inclusive and so everything was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the drinks were also all premium goods and not cheap booze like elsewhere. Wonderful.

The service everywhere and always friendly.

The shows in the evening were fantastic, one show even reminded me of a performance I saw in Las Vegas, just great in a facility like this.

There is a beach bar on the beach, which we also visited, for snacks, drinks, etc. We didn't use the pool bar.

We didn't need the other restaurants either, as there was such a large selection at the buffet and you could also order extra, so that was easily enough for us. I would also like to stress that we gained kilos in a week thanks to the good food.

On the beach, Lukas looks after the guests and us too. Lukas, thank you for your help, you were great. We won't forget you. The hotel can be proud to have you. In general, all the staff, I can't even name them all, are just ALL so great and friendly. They are always cleaning, etc. What else can you say?

Thank you, thank you, thank you
We have been to Greece several times before, on various islands and on the mainland, but the Atrium Palace beats everything. If we go back to Greece, perhaps when our grandson is older, we will always go to the Atrium Palace.

We can only warmly recommend the complex. Full stars, or normally we would have to give more than 5 stars if that were possible.

Thank you again to the whole hotel and team at the Atrium Palace, Kalathos, we had the best holiday in Greece ever.

Amazing holiday from arrival to departure. We took the hotel cab service from the airport, air con/iced water bottles throughout. Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room was huge, overlooking the pool with a sea view and this included a huge balcony to chill of an evening. And, finally… a hotel with actual double beds (not 2 singles put together). Each day our room was stocked with fresh water bottles, fresh towels, coffee pods and this was checked by staff every evening. Staff in the hotel restaurants were always ready with a smile and a helpful hand. The food/buffet was delicious, fresh and each night, you could choose from a separate menu depending on the culinary menu ie: Asian/Mediterranean etc. a special mention to our waitress, ‘Pari’ who went out of her way to make everyone feel special, helped with choices and even a few Greek phrases for us. Loveliest most genuine lady. Bar staff were fun and there were always enough sun beds/fresh towels which is such a relief/ no rushing down to the pool and no one seemed to be reserving sun beds which was brilliant. Very chilled. Entertainment every evening and everything was clean and spotless/glistening! To complete our perfect vacation we were offered a private, allocated shower room before departure (as we had an evening flight) . Would highly recommend.

This is our 4th visit in less than 1 year!! We found this bit of paradise last June and have fell in love it.
The Atrium is cut above the rest, it is by far the most outstanding, clean, friendly and hospitable that’s to name a few superlatives.
We arrived and was greeted by the wonder Mr Lefteris Konstantinou he’s the reservations & Front Office Manager. Upon checking we we’re notified that we have been upgraded, without further cost to a pool room!! At that point I request a second glass of complimentary bubbly!
The reception desk staff are always pleasant and always smiling and happy to help, they spoke English, German and French. One person we really missed was Nina, she was there last year and amazing person, but her ex-colleagues namely Tsampika, Despina, Alexandra, Marilena and both Eleni’s we’re all amazing.
The room was above our expectations, it was the first time we experienced a private pool. The room is clean, shower screen impeccably clean, bed sheets fresh, coffee machine well stocked, complimentary red wine (they provided in most rooms). The fridge was well stocked with beer, white and red wine, Pringles, orange juice, water and many other drinks.
Wall mounted TV and It was the Euro’s at the time we stayed and they had live coverage of the games, which was a great bonus…Missus wasn’t happy. Haha.
The beds were super comfy as soon as we lay on them, we we’re out cold!
The AC unit is silent and effective, so it was great to walk in from coming back from the beach to a cooled room.
We hired a car from the airport, a fiat convertible! It was great fun. Lindos beach is a 5 mins drive and well worth visiting, not overcrowded and clean waters. Amazing restaurant at the top end of the beach called.
We booked half board, and it was always a real pleasure to meet Savvas Papantoniou at the hotel reception entrance during breakfast and evening meal time, he always asked if there is anything they could to improve our stay and greeted all guest. A real gentle man.
All hotel staff we’re pleasant, two people that always wore a beaming smile and individually greeted all guest was Davida Gjinaj & Pari they are part of the Symposium restaurant, always present and real pleasure to talk too.
This really is the best place we’ve stayed at in 25 years of travel, so good we’re booking some late Autumn sun for October 2024!
