Detailed Reviews
Lovely hotel, with really kind and caring hosts. They gave us tips on a trek by the river and offered us great homemade breakfast, even if we woke up late for it. Ideal location with view towards the mountains. Extremely clean rooms and common areas. Highly recommended !

An amazing place to spend time relaxing away from the city. The hotel is located in the heart of the mountainous village, offering great views of nature from the balcony. Room and common areas are very clean and cozy. The owners are the highlight of the stay, professional, but very friendly and keen to offer advice. They treat each visitor as if you are a guest to their house. Very positively surprised from this stay.

The place was very nice.
People working there, were very friendly and helpful.
The morning buffet included delicacies baked by the owner-lady and she was proposing to taste everything.
The room, cozy, warm and quiet.
Pros: Cozy rooms, friendly people, breakfast buffet, parking, nature for walks and activities
Cons: the road heading to the place is narrow and not in the best shape.

Spotlessly clean with very beautiful spaces, a hotel that leaves a special feeling that is in line with what you imagine starting a trip to the mountains. Good prices for three days, and the owner is immovable, professional yes very helpful. The recommendation is given unreservedly and 100%.

It was one of our best visits to a Hotel since 2010. The people were very friendly, room was very clean, and the view from the balcony breathtaking. Worth to visit if you stay for a couple of days, or passing through. The breakfast was very nice, with traditional marmalade from the manager, Mrs Eleni. The railway bridge and the track are almost in front, and when the train passes, its time for photos!!

Checked into the hotel on a very busy day but were made most welcome by Eleni the owner. The location in a deep canyon was superb with astounding views up the canyon. Right besides the famous cog railway which runs up to Kalavitra. The rooms were very clean and simple but tastefully decorated with plenty of plug points which is a boon when carrying lots of things to be charged up. Bathroom/shower was great. Comfortable beds and lovely views. Breakfast was first class and all freshly sourced - home made jams etc. The dining/lounge area beautifully furnished - you could tell Eleni's husband is an architect - the attention to detail was evident. I would recommend to anyone wishing for a comfortable stay. Will definitely re-visit.

Congratulations to Mrs Eleni, the magnificent hostess of the hotel. It was our first time in the area and she gave us information about everything. The hotel is placed in a magnificent scenery. Fresh air and river sounds completed the scenery. Don't forget the fire place inside each room. I strongly suggest it! You should visit!!
