This hotel is about an 8 minute drive from the park gates. The rooms are a little dated but more than make up for it in space - we had a room with 2 queen beds and easily fitted in a cot with room to spare. The room had a massive fridge with a freezer compartment - perfect for bringing... More

Had stayed in Yosemite many years ago so was expecting basic accommodation. However wasn't expecting a room where you had to wear shoes to keep your feet clean! The beds were clean, and so was the wash area in the room. The bathroom not so and half the towels were very grubby looking and stained. It was extremely hot while... More

We were really not looking forward to this stay after reading the reviews however we loved it! Yes the rooms are dated but they are spotlessly clean and beds comfy. Provide tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. Maybe we were lucky and had one of the nicer rooms but i slept soundly the whole time. Maybe reception staff could try smiling... More

Stayed for one night when hiking in Yosemite. It is a bit dated but clean, and didn't strike me as particularly friendly. However, I got a great night's sleep, so I was happy. It's a 30-40 minute drive from Yosemite Valley.

Rooms were OK, but check in was not well managed and therefore required a large amount of time, none of the ice machines were working in any of the lodges or floors, the restaurant food and value was poor and the prices they charged at their store for basic food, snacks, beer, wine, etc was very high.

I agree with previous reviews this motel is dated but is clean comfortable and a great base to visit Yosemite from. Other perks include a lovely outdoor pool a friendly bar and good food . We stayed in many hotels during our 3 weeks in California and this was easily one of the best breakfasts ( not included in price... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. We booked late so missed staying in the park. However when we arrived (we booked the master suite) we were very pleasantly surprised to have a 3 bed lodge with our own pool and hot tub. It worked really well for us as it had a kitchen and it meant we could prepare lunches to... More

Sadly this place could be so much better! It has the makings of a great stop over/ base for a visit to Yosemite national park. The shop didn't have any prices on the products which wasn't customer friendly. The rooms were very dated but clean and functional. Staff didn't really make any effort to help handing out only a very... More

Decent location being half an hour (18 miles) from the park; indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi; coffee machine and functional sized room with air-con and balcony. Avoid rooms 314 & 315 as are like a prison cell with no windows (managed to swap to one with a balcony etc). No free WiFi (poor in this day and age) and... More
