We had a very nice stay at Cedar Lodge. We only stayed one night and selected the hotel because of its location in relation to Yosemite. The room was comfortable, nothing fancy but clean and a decent rate. We slept great and didn't hear any outside noise. We were able to get up early, drive to Yosemite about 10 miles...

The location is probably the only good thing. The room is like a motel. The bed is terrible, too much noise. No sound insulation between rooms. However, those didnt bother me since that was what I expected. Reason for 3 stars is the restaurant. Omg, my instant noodle tasted so much better than the food serves here.

Stayed in Cedar Lodge for one night while visiting Yosemite with family. At first we were given a really rundown room, which was really damp and there were cables running from our room to the room next to us, so it was impossible to close the room door. I demanded a new room, which was given. The new room was...

We stayed at the Cedar Lodge on April 14-15. Check in was friendly and quick. The place has all the comforts you need to refresh after a long day exploring Yosemite National Park. It's only 10 minutes from the CA 140 Arch Rock entrance. We felt safe and room had everything we needed, especially good water pressure to get the...

The "lodge" is a cheap motel with the only difference that you pay $200 per night. You can get $5 wine there fr $25 and "teddy bear" for $100. That brings the meaning for "lodge". The front desk is a couple of students who does not know how to provide you minimal information about the park and trails. They do...

I came here, with a friend, before it was peak season. It worked out really well, only 10 minutes from the park entrance and the staff were friendly about recommending hikes. I can see how during peak season it would be very busy. There is a one-way bridge on the way to Yosemite, but if you are staying at this...

Have stayed here in the past and it was always pleasant and a little less expensive that the Yosemite View Lodge located closer to the park. This time we reserved a room with a whirlpool tub. It was nice enough except there was no microwave. The furniture that the TV was on had a space for a microwave but it...

A roadside motel around 40 minutes drive into Yosemite valley floor. It was perfectly fine for what it was, but nothing truly exceptional. The river walk and the bears dotted around were a nice touch. Would recommend if you don't want to stay right in Yosemite.

Two rooms - a family room for four and a double for my parents. Room comfortable enough but could do with updating / renewing. Bath plug blocked so water took ages to run off. So many hotels like this need a dose of Mr Muscle to clear excess hair etc. Always turns my stomach and wish I could levitate. Overcharged...

Two words: BED BUGS! We were given an upgrade to a nicer room, however, it doesn't quite make up for having to move our 4 year old at 2:30 AM to a different room because the bugs were eating us alive. Not to mention that massive clean up we're going to have to handle as soon as our flight lands...
