The hotel has a good location but rooms are old, no internet unless you pay for it. Restaurants are closed for lunch and dinner is very expensive. For a couple more dollars you can stay at the lodge inside the park Which is much better.

Our family arrived on Christmas Day and stayed 3 nights. It is a much larger hotel complex than I had imagined. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. There was a stove and refrigerator with utensils in the room. We were able to cook nice breakfasts each morning. Christmas dinner of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and vegetables, and pumpkin...

Older hotel with a lodge feel, that is clean and close to Yosemite Park entrance. Family friendly rooms with kitchenettes and dishes. The bathroom have oversized Jacuzzi tubs, and the rooms have gas fireplaces that add a nice touch on cold winter nights. There is a restaurant onsite that is usually packed at dinner, but we chose pizza in the...

We've been staying at the Yosemite View Lodge since 2000. It has become our first choice of where to stay when visiting the park for several reasons. If you can't stay in the park itself (and most of us can't - or don't want to), this is only a short distance to the park entrance on hwy 140. The drive...

Pools are very small and quite old. restaurants are fully booked and shop is basic. Wifi is not for free and only works at reception. The only advantage is the distance to the entrance of the parc. Rooms are very large with view on the river and a small balcony.

The location of this hotel is very convenient due to it being only 2 miles from the main entrance though the maintenance could have been a little better, staff was not very welcoming and not that knowledgeable of the park or the hotel itself! Would only recommend a stay here if you don't want to drive far to get into...

If you have any other options at all do not stay here. Rooms are filthy and infested with bed bugs. Made the mistake of not checking my mattress upon arrival and woke up with 50 bites all over. Complained to management and they couldn't be bothered. Not as bad but other frustrations include: - WiFi is $10 per night but...

The hotel was in good condition and the room was clean. The access to the park is about as good as it gets without being in the park itself. We did have one issue with the room that the manager took care of well. I did not find the staff rude as others have posted. All in all a good...

Great accommodation for your stay in Yosemite. It is about 20 minutes drive to the valley from the lodge and it has all the amenities like a small market, restaurants and well equipped rooms which include appliances and cooking materials. We were there during the winter holidays and only one of the restaurants were open and could not cater to...
