Predictable, that's why I choose Motel 6. This one was exactly what we wanted. Modern rooms. Quiet area. Walking distance to Chinese food and to Perry's restaurant. We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect.

This is a basic, no frills motel, and that is reflected in the price. However it was very çlean and bright and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is very close to the highway exit so easy to find the way on and off the I8. Breakfast is not provided but there is a good breakfast cafe... More

It's hard to fault this hotel for the money. First off - let me shout out to the staff who I found to be universally outstanding. Accommodation was okay - average at best - good value for money really. The room was clean and neat - but the drains smelled and the bathtub did not really work (it would not... More

First time staying here it's ok but we over paid just because of Comic-Con regular price any other time 50-70 dollars a night but during Comic-Con they raise it to way over 150.00 a night all hotels in the area do the same what a rip off for the city to allow this to happen but worth it at original... First and last time staying here. Choose this location due to it's proximity to a location we were visiting, it's rate at the time I was looking for a room, and website photos. At time of booking, I was rushing to find a place while still at home and settled on it mainly because of its rate compared to other... More

Like the title of my review suggests, this place is full of people who you might not want to associate with. Apart from felling like you're in the red-light district of town, you'll be amazed by lack of decency shown by management. It's easily the worst motel stay I have ever had. Drug dealers anyone??? Motel 6 El Cajon. P.S.... More

Room was clean. Staff checked daily to see if we needed anything. Easy access to freeway, so we didn't have to travel far. Enjoyed the pool. Definitely using this place again when we come back. The room looked recently remodeled. Glad there was plenty of parking. Family liked that the beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable and looking forward to... More

I stayed at this motel 6 several times. I booked a room on the 800 number confirmed. I just arrived at the motel after just being discharged from hospital. I was told I had a due not rent because i left a leg oxygen in the room for pick up. I have been getting these do not rents as I... More

The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient on the phone and in person. Check-in was quick. My room was tiny, but clean. It was as bare-bones as you can get, and for the rates I have no complaints about that. But be aware that you get two bars of soap and a couple of towels. No shampoo,... More
