The shower head was broken, in the amenities it stated spa tub, was a regular tub and the couch was an older run down couch. We found ashes on the side of the bed. I don't think it was worth the money.More

In response to the answer from the alleged hotel "manager" (I can't believe I am using that word to describe this man) - that is not how your awful hotel operates. there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION from you AT ALL and you absolutely did not "hold"" any room as a courtesy until 4 pm. those are both very large lies. My card was not "invalid" I did not authorize you to charge my card before I had checked in (thank god!!) You made no attempts to contact me whatsoever - despite having my email and phone number. You simply cancelled the reservation and then lied about it.
In addition - you were absolutely NOT sold out - even close to it - in fact - the hideous girl on reception told me I could have the exact same room I had booked but it would be more expensive. Please do yourself a very big favor and stop telling lies. Not only were Expedia so appalled at your hotel's behavior that they immediately found me another hotel (the best western - a far superior hotel to your very poorly run one) while I was sitting in YOUR parking lot!! they actually tried to give me the room for free to apologize for the hideous treatment I received from you. I made them split the difference and paid half price instead - why should I make them pay for your awful lack of customer service? You should resign your position - you are not qualified to hold it,
